I agree with you.I think it should be a mandatory requirement to
anyone wanting to immagrate to this country to begin with.If you lived
in say Germany or other country's where it is manadatroy for students
to take english language classes you would still be required to spek
german or whatever if you wanted to live there and work there

Let's see if I have this healthcare thingy right. Congress is to pass
