Hello,

Here is an update on Tuesday's family killing rampage by a 15 year old boy
named Aaron Jason Justice in Kentucky. 15 year old Aaron stabbed his twin 15
year old sister, along with his mother, to death, inflicting multiple stab
wounds on both, using a medium sized pocketknife.

In the detailed update below, we do get some interesting new tidbits on this
family murder, although no clear motive of any kind has been positively
established. First of all, Aaron has entered a Not Guilty plea in court. His
lawyer will most likely use an insanity defense. Neighbors tell us that Aaron
got along VERY well with his twin 15 year old sister, and they were not just
sister & brother, but genuine best friends, according to several people. He
also had no known major disputes with his 43 tear old Mommy. But nevertheless,
on Tuesday evening, he felt compelled to attack and stab them both to death.

The mommy was found dead in her car. the 15 year old twin girl had been
killed inside the house, and then stuffed into a closet. Aaron himself called
911 after having accomplished the double murder, and waited for police to
arrive, surrendering meekly. Aaron's lawyer tells us that his client "does not
remember" committing the double murder. Declares the lawyer: "Aaron doesn't
have much grasp on reality. I really believe that, the way he acted. It might
have been pills or medicine or something. If he really did lose his grip on
reality there for a while, it was probably because of cleaning out the medicine
cabinet or something. I don't know. There's no motive." Interesting. I would
assume that some type of drug testing was administered to Aaron within 24-48
hours of his arrest, but that is not certain.

Prosecutors are already saying that they absolutely do intend to try this 15
year old CHILD as an adult. Aaron, like many enraged children, is the product
of a broken home. Both he and his twin sister were involved in an ONGOING
custody dispute, between his slaveowners, who divorced in 1989, when Aaron was
six years old. His twin sister and he had been living with their mother since
1994. Both twins signed an affidavit just 10 DAYS before Aaron went on his
deadly rampage, stating: "We are unable to get along with our father. We are
afraid of him because of his ungovernable temper." According to divorce
records, the 46 year old Daddy was violent, and had engaged in a physical fight
with his 15 year old daughter that caused injury and led to a child welfare
agency investigation of the family.

Just last week, a judge awarded custody of both 15 year old slaves to their
mother, the same mother that Aaron chose to slaughter just a few days later.
Mommy Darlena did remarry, so the 2 slaves had a stepDaddy to deal with as
well. He was not at home when Aaron embarked upon his family murder spree.

Neighbors and classmates do point out that in recent months and years,
Aaron's demeanor had changed somewhat, and he had gotten into a bit of trouble.
About a year ago he RAN AWAY from home, sending a CLEAR message to your
pathetic and uncaring society that he WANTED OUT of the toxic family web in
which he was ensnared. Of course you pathetic humans just THREW him right back
into slavery, to his creators. Choosing to ignore his CRY for help, literally
TURNING HIM into a murderer. And now you have the AUDACITY to seek criminal,
punitive punishment against this 15 year old child-slave!

A preliminary court hearing on this case is set for Monday. But it all
appears quite certain already, in that this boy, a victim of your society, will
be treated NOT as a victim, but as an "evil adult predator", worthy of being
locked in a cage for the rest of his life. How PATHETIC you humans are, as you
validate your own perverse sense of superiority, by torturing and destroying
the life of a child that you are GUILTY of and responsible forhaving created
and traumatized since birth onward.

Take care, JOE

Officials seek motive in double Pike slayings

Boy, 15, pleads not guilty in death of mother, sister

By Lee Mueller
EASTERN KENTUCKY BUREAU
------------------------------------------------------------------------
PIKEVILLE -- Aaron Jason Justice "idolized" his beautiful, 15-year-old twin
sister, Olivia Jordan Justice, as his best friend, neighbors said.

Jason also got along fine with his mother, Darlena Raye Owens Justice Hanners,
43, said his attorney, Larry Webster, "other than the problems that a
15-year-old would have."

The question is, why did the boy allegedly take a knife and repeatedly stab
both of them to death?

The body of Darlena Hanners was found in her new Ford Explorer outside their
home late Tuesday night, said Pike County Coroner Charles Morris. Her
daughter's body was found in a closet inside their mobile home, he said. Both
bodies had multiple wounds caused by a medium-sized pocketknife, Morris said.

Jason Justice, who called 911 after the slayings and waited for police, pleaded
not guilty yesterday afternoon in a closed arraignment in Pike District Court.

Not even Webster suggested yesterday that anyone except his client was involved
in the killings.

Jason Justice does not remember what happened, Webster said after the
arraignment.

"He doesn't have much grasp on reality," Webster said. "I really believe that,
the way he acted. It might have been pills or medicine or something. If he
really did lose his grip on reality there for a while, it was probably because
of cleaning out the medicine cabinet or something. I don't know.

"There's no motive."

Young offenders tried as juveniles in Kentucky cannot receive a death sentence,
but Pike County Attorney Howard Keith Hall said prosecutors will attempt to try
Jason Justice as an adult.

Both Jason Justice and his sister were the objects of a custody suit involving
their parents, who divorced in 1989 after 17 years of marriage.

According to records in the divorce file, Olivia Justice, who just completed
her freshman year at Pikeville High School, moved in with her mother two months
ago. They lived in a double-wide mobile home with a carefully manicured lawn on
Island Creek Road at the mouth of Hoopwood Branch, about 31Ž2 miles from
Pikeville.

Olivia and her brother, who attended Pike Central High School this year and had
been living with his mother since 1994, both signed an affidavit on June 8
saying the two were "unable to get along with their father."

The affidavit said they were "afraid of their father because of his
ungovernable temper."

Their father, Aaron Justice Jr., 46, of Regina, had a "physical altercation"
with Olivia that led to injuries and an investigation by social workers,
according to the divorce file.

Pike Circuit Judge Eddy Coleman last week gave temporary custody of the twins
to their mother.

The elder Justice, a former coal operator who in 1994 pleaded guilty in federal
court to coal-dust fraud, is now a truck driver. He was in Winchester Tuesday
night when he got the call about the deaths, Kentucky State Police said. He
could not be reached for comment yesterday.

"The father actually had some real concerns about these children with their
mother," Webster said. "Like, 'Can she handle these kids?'"

Michael Hanners, the twins' stepfather, could not be reached for comment
yesterday. Police said he was not home at the time of the stabbings.

Any domestic turmoil at the home was not apparent to most neighbors who saw
only the Hanners' neat lawn and their well-groomed children, walking together
and laughing along the narrow blacktop road.

Neighbors and schoolmates described the suspect as a witty, clean-cut youth who
enjoyed inline skating, but did poorly in school.

"Olivia told me yesterday they were all out in the yard the night before,
looking at the stars," said Nina Lucas, a next-door neighbor. "They just were a
real nice family, you know."

But other neighbors had grown wary of Jason Justice.

Helen McClanahan said she stopped her son, Eric, 17, from hanging out with
Jason. "He was a good boy, but he got into things," she said.

Neighbors and classmates said Jason briefly ran away from home about a year
ago.

John Hall, 15, a student at Pikeville High, said Olivia often talked about her
brother. "She always talked about how messed up he was," Hall said.

But Hall said Olivia's affection for her brother never wavered. "She was always
like, 'He's going to straighten up and stuff.' "

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Monday morning, Webster said.

"This sort of thing is happening in communities across the country," Webster
said. "Our community has joined in that struggle and there's no easy answers."
