"She Fought Alone" movie - what true story?

Can anyone out there help me?
Reading about the movie "She Fought Alone" starring Tiffany Amber
Thiesen and Brian Austin Green on the Lifetime website and
www.imdb.com, both say it is based on a true story. But who are the
real people this movie is about? I expect that the actual rape
victim's name was not released to the press, but what about the
rapist? Who was he? The female school principal (or was it the
superintendent) who supported the rapist? Who was she? Other members
of the community that allegedly supported the rapist and his fellow
football players?
Anybody out there who can help me on this?
