Hello,

Here's an interesting update on Jesse and Neal Eldridge, the two teen boys,
aged 15 and 14, ambushed and shot their 37 year old Daddy/slaveowner, after he
WHIPPED them, because they were smoking cigarettes. How beautifully appropriate
that your society SANCTIONS the whipping of child/slaves, just as it sanctioned
the whipping of Black adults in the 1800's.

Our enraged slaves took turns gunning down their slaveowner, with 15 year old
Jesse firing the first shot from a .22 caliber rifle, into Daddy Ricky, and
then 14 year old Neal, another .22 caliber rifle in hand, delivered the final
and fatal shots, pumping FOUR more bulleets into his Daddy. This all occured
right on the front steps/porch of the home where they lived, as Daddy Ricky
arrived home. The mother and two younger sisters of our enraged teens were at
home during the shooting, but neither Jesse or neal made any attempt to harm
them. They only wanted to slaughter their abusive and incompetent slaveowner,
and if there was an rationality within your society, they would face NO
criminal charges of any kind, once it became clear that their Daddy had
physically injured/hurt them, in a deliberate fashion.

But of course there is no rationality in your deranged culture. Adults are
allowed to physically injure their slaves. Because child/slaves are LESS THAN
HUMAN, in the eyes of your society and it's judicial/legal system.

The grandparents of these boys had filed FOUR complaints with State Child
Wefare authorities, telling them that Jesse and Neal, helpless slaves, were
being ABUSED. But of course your society did NOTHING to save Jesse and Neal. It
did not REMOVE the abused children from the home. Oh no, it ALLOWED Jesse and
Neal, with full malice aforethought, to continue to remain slaves and be abused
by their owner. Now, your deranged society seeks to PUNITIVELY PUNISH the two
boy/slaves, for DARING to fight back against their ABUSER. And this makes
perfect sense to you humans, because deep down, you are EVIL. You believe that
children ARE less than human. Slaves, in fact. And that is the TRUTH, whether
you choose to believe or accept it, or not.

Both boys, believe it or not, are being charged as adults. Which means that
you humans will seek to lock up a 14 year old abused boy in a cage for the rest
of his life, for having the AUDACITY to REBEL against his abuse.

The next court hearing in this case is set for March 2nd. They are out on
bail, and we learn below that yesterday, the Jesse and Neal returned to school!
Yup, they are attending a regular school, together with all the other kids. The
State Dept. of Education tells us that they must be treated as being "innocent
until proven guilty", in court, and so, while they are out on bail and awaiting
trial, the school system is obligated to let them attend regular classes with
all the other kids. That's kinda cool. I can't help thinking that if I were in
Jesse or Neal's situation, the temptation to grab a gun and go on a really
PROLIFIC killing spree, knowing that my society was about to send me to PRISON
for many years, if not for Life, would be INTENSE!

Education officials insist that there is "no danger" in allowing these 2 boys
to attend regular school classes. Idiots. There is ALWAYS danger in life.

All the while, as they attend school and try out for the football team,
etc...these two abused boys, these two VICTIMS of your pathetic society, will
have to deal with the fact that their INSANE society is busy putting together a
criminal case against them, in which it will seek to lock them in a cage for
the rest of their lives, for doing NOTHING more than STANDING UP for their
RIGHT to not be PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED by their Daddy/slaveowner! How PATHETIC
you humans are!

That's all I have to say. Gotta go take care of some other stuff. So no more
posts from me, for about 6 hours or so.

Take care, JOE

Brothers charged with patricide look to rejoin classmates -- for now

February 17, 1998

By Jenny Price, Associated Press

HECTOR, Ark. (AP) — By this time next week, Jesse and Neal Eldridge should be
finished with placement tests and attending classes with other teen-agers at
the Hector School.

And by this time next month, they will have already been through at least one
hearing to answer charges that they ambushed and killed their father, Ricky
Dale Eldridge.

The brothers who had been home-schooled by their father since last May returned
to school Monday to begin taking the tests. Education officials say there is no
reason to keep them from walking the halls and sitting in class with other
students — and insist there is no danger.

"They're entitled to an education,'' said Margaret Preston, a spokeswoman for
the state Department of Education. "You have to go on the premise that they're
innocent until proven guilty.''

The boys' maternal grandparents said they had complained to the state four
times that the boys were being abused, claims denied by the slain man's boss
and friend, David Langston.

On Jan. 24, police say, 15-year-old Jesse and 14-year-old James, who prefers to
go by his middle name of Neal, shot their father after he caught them smoking,
whipped them and ordered them each to write 5,000-word essays on the dangers of
smoking.

Jesse shot first, firing once, police said, while Neal shot at his father four
times. An investigator said the brothers admitted waiting for Eldridge and
shooting him with .22-caliber rifles on the front porch of their Appleton home.

Eldridge, 37, died of a gunshot wound to the chest. The boys' mother and two
sisters, ages 2 and 7, were home at the time but not injured.

The boys are charged as adults with first-degree murder, and each was released
on $50,000 bond pending a March 2 hearing.

For now, they're back at school in this town of 480 people about 90 miles
northwest of Little Rock. The brothers were to take tests this week to
determine in which grades they should be placed after months of home schooling;
Preston said schools cannot expel or suspend a student for being charged with a
crime.

"We thought long and hard about this,'' added Anthony Sweeney, the principal in
charge of the school's 780 pupils. "I don't feel there is the slightest danger
to our students or I wouldn't entertain the thought of putting them in
school.''

Sweeney said he knew of no parents who planned to keep their children out of
school because of the brothers' return.

The mother of two students predicted no trouble for the boys and said they
needed the structure of school.

"The kids are not upset about it at all,'' Tammy Henderson said. "The (boys)
still need the opportunity to get an education.''

Sweeney spoke with the brothers Friday morning, when they visited with their
mother as she delivered candy for Valentine's Day to their sister's classroom.
He said Jesse asked about joining the football team.

"They are eager to be back. I think they're going to fit in quite well,'' he
said.

The boys' attorney, James Dunham, said the two are behind their classmates
academically and will need one-on-one instruction.

All the while, the criminal case against them will be looming. If convicted,
they could be sent to prison for life with the chance of parole.
