Holly's sister told me its OK if I share this.

Holly is the lone survivor of the Dec. 15, 2000 quadruple murder, who
ran naked thru the show for a mile to get help, after being shot in
the head and run over by a truck. Her fiance Jason Befort was killed
in the massacre.

Now, two years later, she has just started to date again. The guy
she's seeing is Andy Schreiber, the man who was carjacked by the Carrs
on Dec. 7, 2000- and amazingly, lived to tell about it. Of the seven
people victimized by the Carrs during their weeklong crime spree, Andy
and Holly were the only two who survived.

Amazing. Almost a hollywood ending. I guess a true hollywood
ending would have called for her to get together with one of the
detectives or the prosecuting attorneys or something, but this
woulda worked too...

I can see how the shared traumatic circumstances might help
make it easier for her to open up and trust again. There's
something satisfying about it.

Wow, that's pretty amazing. Thanks Demo for all the articles and postings
on this horrible crime. I'm happy to hear that Holly has found some
happiness. She is one tough smart cookie to have gone thru what she did
and still able to find happiness. Good for her! I find that admirable. I
would have loved to have known her. Keep us updated.

be with her always, glad to hear she is doing so well. She's a brave lady.

I was totally stunned when I saw this. Makes the story all the more
remarkable. I assume they met at the trial? I hope they find happiness
together.

You'd think this twist to the story would make it an even more
intrigueing subject for a movie but I won't hold my breath on that.
