Hello,

Over in Massachusetts we have ourselves yet another dead infant, slaughtered
not by his Mommy, but by his Daddy. This piece of property managed to survive
for 2 whole weeks, before his Daddy got ahold of him and decided to violently
shake the slave. The shaking was fatal, and 32 year old Daddy Michael is now
under arrest, facing murder charges. He shook the 2 week old slave to death
while his two older slaves played outside. He was watching all 3 slaves, while
his lovely wife was "out". Michael was arraigned yesterday, and no bail was
offered, but being a daddy, you can expect him to be treated quite leniently by
the judicial system. He certainly did try to milk the "bereaved Daddy" angle,
SOBBING aloud in court.

After shaking the slave, Daddy did call 911, and police found the 2 week old
satill alive, but he died within hours, at a local hospital. As can be expected
in a lie-based society, our Daddy lied. He first told cops that he found the 2
week old unconscious in his crib.. Then he changed his story to say that he
dropped the slave in the bathtub, by accident, and only shook him violently in
an attempt to "revive" him. Better get your story straight, Michael.

Prosecutors are already using SPIN words to describe the murder, declaring
that Daddy Michael just "lost control" of himself while shaking the infant.
This terminology is designed to MINIMIZE his act of murder, and is usually only
used in cases where a Mommy or Daddy slaughters their slave. Our Daddy does
have himself a lawyer, who declares this death of the helpless 2 week old to be
nothing more than a "tragic accident". Child welfare authorities say they have
had no previous contact with this Sacred Family Unit. Well, nothing beats
starting off big, with an actual slave murder.

The two older children were seized by the state and put into foster care, but
that is only VERY temporary, and the odds are close to 100% that the Mommy will
regain possession of both surviving slaves in rather short order, regardless of
whether daddy Michael makes bail, and even if he is INVITED BACK to live with
his wife & slaves, by her.

We learn that in the relatively small city of Brockton, MA, Daddy Michael is
the THIRD Daddy this month, who violently shook his slave. The other two shaken
slaves did survive, but still, it's quite impressive that Brockton seems to be
experiencing a veritable epidemic of helpless slaves being viciously shaken not
by their Mommies, but by their Daddies.

Take care, JOE

Father Charged In Baby's Death

(BROCKTON) -- A newborn baby from Brockton is dead, and his father is behind
bars, charged with murder. Michael Lyons was ordered held without bail during
his arraignment yesterday. Prosecutors say he lost control and violently shook
the two-week old baby boy. Lyons' attorney says it was a tragic accident. The
Department of Social Services says the family has no prior history with the
agency.

Man charged with murder in death of newborn son

Associated Press, 06/30/98

BROCKTON, Mass. (AP) - A 32-year-old man has pleaded innocent to charges he
violently shook his 2-week-old son, causing fatal injuries, while the baby's
two older siblings played outside.

Michael Lyons of Brockton sobbed openly in Brockton District Court on Monday as
was arraigned on murder charges. He was ordered held without bail.

Lyons was the third father charged in one month in Brockton with violently
shaking their babies. The other two children survived, police said.

Lyons was arrested Sunday night, after his son Jacob was hospitalized. When the
baby died early Monday morning at New England Medical Center, the charges
against Lyons were upgraded to murder.

Lyons pleaded innocent to charges of murder and assault and battery on a child
with substantial bodily injury.

An autopsy was scheduled, but Plymouth County District Attorney Michael
Sullivan told The Enterprise of Brockton that the baby died from being
violently shaken.

Authorities said Lyons was watching the children while his wife was out.
Police, responding to an emergency call from Lyons, found the infant lying on a
coffee table in the living room. The infant had a blue complexion and showed no
signs of a pulse or breathing.

Sullivan said Lyons first said he found the child unconscious in his crib, but
later said he accidentally dropped the child in the tub then shook him to
revive him.

The defendant's lawyer, John Darrell, said Lyons panicked.

``He picked up the child, he shook the child to try to wake him up,'' he said.

The couple's two older children, a 3-year-old girl and an 8-year-old boy, were
outside playing at the time the incident occurred, police said.

They were placed in foster care Sunday night. On Monday, the state Department
of Social Services was trying to obtain temporary custody of the children, said
DSS spokeswoman Lorraine Carli.

Carli said the department had no previous involvement with the family.

She said it was the third alleged shaken baby case this month in Brockton.

A 3-month-old girl was found badly injured May 31 and her father, Eric Lizotte,
28, was charged with attempted murder.

In the second case, William Etheridge, 26, was charged with assault and battery
on a child in connection with the alleged shaken-baby abuse of his daughter,
2-month-old Vonnah Etheridge.

``Unfortunately, we usually see a number of shaken-baby cases in the course of
a year,'' Carli said. ``But three cases in a month, in the same geographical
area, is both unusual and scary.''

Joe-
This syndrome (Shaken Baby) does seem like it's an epidemic
in Mass. right now....three in Brockton in a month is just
wierd. I saw the arraignment, it was unusual in that the
father cried loudly throughout the entire thing. Seems he
really lost it when the baby's head slammed against the
bathtub during a bath and it began to lose conscousness, the
father claims he shook the child for 10 minutes to revive
it.
The point that prosecuters seem to be focusing on is that
this father has changed his story three times between his
arrest and his arraignment. His story just is not
consistant.
Whatever the story behind the death of this child, its
strange that the tragedy has happened in Brockton 3 times
now. (BTW, Brockton is not considered a very large
city...but I think it has a population of 60-70 thousand.
Not really considered small town).

Well, epidemics come and go. Pretty soon there will be a shift to some other
city and state, in your Pathetic Planet.

He was probably crying because he doesn't want to go to jail, and he needs to
perfect his "bereaved father" acting skills in preparation for the jury trial.
Maybe he got so hysterical with the shaking because he knew that if THIS slave
died, a secret from his past concerning ANOTHER dead slave might come to light.

You see, below you will find an interesting update on this case, which
informs us that five years ago, this SAME Daddy was taking care of another
baby, who died of "respiratory distress" while ALONE with Michael. Obviously
police are now reopening that case, which was ruled to be a death by natural
causes, and considering the possibility that our Daddy may have 2 infant
murders under his belt.

He is a liar. So what? He comes from a lie-based society. It is ridiculous
for society to expect ANY human being to speak the truth, based upon the
lifetime of lies, that they are BORN INTO, have forced upon them, and are
raised up with.

Coincidences happen.

Thanks for the info.

Below is the updated news report. We learn that an autopsy was done 5 years
ago, on the first slave to die under Daddy Michael's care, and according to the
medical examiner, that autopsy didn't show any glaring signs to abuse to the
infant. But the investigation of that death has been reopened, thanks to the
shaking murder of this latest slave.

Take care, JOE

Police investigating death of second child in suspect's care

Associated Press, 07/01/98

BROCKTON, Mass. (AP) - Police investigating a man accused of fatally shaking
his infant son are now looking into the death five years ago of another baby he
was caring for.

The Boston Herald reported that Michael Lyons, 32, had another child who died,
reportedly of respiratory failure, in his care.

Brockton Police Lt. Robert Morrill told the Herald police were looking at what
happened to the other child as part of the investigation into the most recent
death.

Morrill said an autopsy in the first child's death did not show anything
unusual.

Lyons pleaded innocent Monday to charges of murder and assault and battery on a
child with substantial bodily injury. Prosecutors said he violently shook his
2-week-old son, Jacob, causing fatal injuries, while the baby's two older
siblings played outside.

Lyons was arrested Sunday night, after Jacob was hospitalized. When the baby
died early Monday morning at New England Medical Center in Boston, the charges

against Lyons were upgraded to murder.

An autopsy showed Jacob died of profound brain injury as a result of shaking,
the Herald reported.

Authorities said Lyons was watching the children while his wife was out.
Police, responding to an emergency call from Lyons, found the infant lying on a
coffee table in the living room. The infant had a blue complexion and showed no
signs of a pulse or breathing.

Plymouth County District Attorney Michael Sullivan said Lyons first said he

violently shaking his baby. In the other two cases, the children survived.

Somebody should tell these low-lifes that if these babies live their lives will
be hell, living blind, paralyzed, and often retarded in a nursing home until
they are lucky enough to die, maybe decades later.
Dogs & children first.

Hello,

Didn't I answer this EXACT same question just before I left on my trip? I
guess I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that you are sincerely
interested in an answer, and not just a troll who is trying to waste my time.

I refer to children as being slaves because that is EXACTLY what they are.
They are ENSLAVED by your society, in a way that is even more unyielding and
brutal than how Blacks in the USA were enslaved in 1820. Your society
considers, treats, and categorizes all children as being nothing more than
subhuman pieces of worthless, owned, property, having no civil rights, no human
rights, no right to safety, no right to proper care, and no right to LIFE,
even.

Your society imprisons and enslaves every newborn child-slave to it's
biological creator and family unit, choosing to malevolently cause hundreds of
thousands of helpless child-slaves to be brutalized, tortured, or murdered,
knowing full well that it CAN EASILY prevent 95% of all these brutalization
cases, simply by eliminating the SLAVERY into which it throws every newborn.

Your society encourages all adults to use their blood-related/legal human
possessions as Poison Containers, to release all of their rage, hate,
frustration in life, upon the helpless child-slaves. Your society does not
merely ALLOW child abuse and murder to occur, it chooses to facilitate,
encourage, and advocate child abuse and murder, as a matter of cultural policy,
and as a way of appeasing, dominating, and domesticating the adult masses, who
are THEMSELVES enslaved to and by society.

All children are slaves, in the truest sense of the word, and they are
destined to remain slaves for many centuries to come, unless, as I fervently
hope, a nuclear apocalypse is triggered by an enraged victim of society,
resulting in the extermination of the entire human race. Children are destined
to ALWAYS remain as slaves, because they can pose no threat to overthrow and
destroy their society, as Blacks and women COULD have done, back when they were
slowely allowed to rise uo from their own enslavement, in the USA. Although
they of course, just like ALL members of society, do remain enslaved to
society.

Your society operates under the cultural edict that all children exist only
to entertain, amuse, divert, and serve as Poison Containers to their adult
blood relatives. Society enslaves all adults, and GIVES adults the GIFT of
child slaves, as a way of allowing/encouraging adults to rationalize the
acceptance of their OWN enslavement. You see, if you are BRUTALIZED, you desire
to brutalize others. Society brutalizes it's adult citizen-slaves, and thus
chooses to encourage all adults to "act out" their justifiable rage and hate
against their own helpless slaves, rather than to attack SOCIETY as a whole.

Whether or not you accept the facts I have given you above, is irrelevent. I
don't expect brainwashed slaves of this perverse and lie-based society to EVER
understand, accept, or even recognize, the Truth. But I have answered your
question.

Take care, JOE
