Very cool and exciting news, at least for me and my love of PARRICIDE murder
cases, out of Oklahoma this fine Saturday morning.
A 15 year old boy named Dylan Shanks was arrested late yesterday and his
charged with slaughtering BOTH of his Parental Units/slaveowners, as well as
his girlfriend's grandfather! Wow, Dylan is a triple murderer at age 15, that
is nothing to sneeze at. Your society is doing a fine job of creating younger
and younger enraged victims who choose to claim their justifiable vengeance
through mass or family slaughter.
This triple murder took place yesterday afternoon. Dylan shot all three
adults, Daddy Alva, Mommy Carolyn, and Emmett Smith, the grandfather of 14 year
old Christina, who was Dylan's girlfriend. He also shot Emmett's wife, but she
only suffered graze wounds to her face and neck. It was she who IDENTIFIED
Dylan as the attacker, and police were able to track him down hours later. The
killings took place in TWO separate locations. Dylan killed both his parents at
the house where they lived, and shot his girlfriend's grandparents, killing one
of them, at the home where they lived.
After committing this triple murder, Dylan FLED in a car, taking his 14 year
old girlfriend, her 13 year old sister, AND two other small children, aged 1
and 2, with him! So he had a LOT of people with him that he COULD have used as
hostages, but apparently police were able to get him to surrender peacefully
and meekly.
We learn below that Dylan shot Mommy and Daddy once each, right in the HEAD,
most likely with a .22 caliber rifle, although that has not been confirmed. His
aim was true, and Dylan successfully killed them both. A .22 caliber rifle was
found abandoned in the yard of the house where the gal pal's grandparents were
shot. Police believe Dylan FIRST killed his own parents, then drove to a
different city, to the home of his 14 year old gal pal's grandparents, and shot
both of them, killing the grandpa. It appears that he AMBUSHED his victims,
catching them by surprise, which is of course the best way to carry out a
successful multiple murder spree.
15 year old Dylan had indeed run away from home in the past, and IMO, it is
most likely that BOTH Dylan's slaveowners and the grandparents of his 14 yeart
old girlfriend were actively trying to FORCE their respective slaves to
terminate their boyfriend-girlfriend relationship. This naturally led to
homicidal rage in Dylan, and I am PROUD that he chose to act upon that
legitimate rage. You see, many slaveowners feel profoundly THREATENED when
their slave chooses to form a relationship with an "outsider". The
parents/slaveowners feel that they are losing DOMINATION and CONTROL over their
slave, a slave that they very often have BRUTALIZED for his/her entire life.
When the parent tries to FORCE the teen to END what may be the very FIRST and
ONLY truly positive and mutually supportive relationship that the teen has EVER
experienced in their entire life, this provokes HOMICIDAL and 100% justifiable,
rage and hate towards the slaveowners.
Anyway, this triple murder/parricide case certainly has perked up my spirits
this morning. Nice way to start the day.

Okla. Teen Arrested After Slayings
GLENPOOL, Okla. (AP) - A 15-year-old boy suspected of killing his parents and
his girlfriend's grandfather was arrested in Kansas with two missing teen-age
girls and two infants.
Tulsa police said Dylan Shanks was arrested late Friday in Emporia, Kan., along
with girlfriend Christina Lynn Fuller, 14, and her sister, Keri Dawn Fuller,
13.
A 1-year-old boy and a 2-year-old girl, who were with the youths when they were
arrested, apparently belong to a sister of one of the teen-age girls, said
Emporia police Sgt. Mark Summey.
The search for Dylan Shanks began shortly after the shootings of Emmett E.
Smith and Jackie Anita Smith at their home in Tulsa on Friday afternoon.
Smith was killed but Mrs. Smith, who was treated for graze wounds to her chin
and neck, named Shanks at the shooter, police said.
Deputies who went to Shanks' rural trailer home then found his parents, Alva
Ray Shanks and Carolyn Denise Shanks, shot to death.

Teen is sought in homicides

Police believe that Dylan Shanks killed his parents and his girlfriend's
grandfather.
Authorities were searching Friday night for a 15-year-old boy who they suspect
committed triple homicide by shooting to death his parents and his girlfriend's
step-grandfather.
Emmett E. Smith, whose age was not available, was shot to death about 4:30 p.m.
in his Tulsa home.
Smith's wife, Jackie Anita Smith, also was shot. She was listed in fair
condition at St. John Medical Center.
Jackie Smith, 54, identified Dylan Ray Shanks as the shooter, Tulsa Police Cpl.
Greg Smith said.
When Tulsa County deputies went to Shanks' rural residence near Mounds about
5:20 p.m., they discovered the boy's parents dead inside.
Alva Ray Shanks Jr., 43, and Carolyn Shanks, 39, were each shot once in the
head, according to reports. The Shanks were probably killed prior to the
homicide in Tulsa, police said.
"We don't know the boy's motives yet," Cpl. Smith said.
"We obviously know he's dangerous, and we need to find him."
A Tulsa police source said detectives believe Emmett and Jackie Smith's 14- and
13-year-old granddaughters, Christina Lynn Fuller and Keri Dawn Fuller, may
have participated in the three killings and fled with Shanks in his 1992 maroon
Mercury Cougar, which has tinted windows and bears a yellow "I Love Jesus"
bumper sticker. Its Oklahoma license tag number is UGD-811.
The 14-year-old, Christina Fuller, reportedly is Shanks' girl-friend.
"It looks like the victims were surprised," the source said. "Like an
ambush-type situation."
Emmett and Jackie Smith were in their home at 514 N. 37th West Ave. about 4:30
p.m. when they were shot, Cpl. Smith said. Emmett Smith was shot once in the
chest and fell to the floor.
Police found a .22-caliber rifle in the yard but do not know whether it is the
weapon that was used, Cpl. Smith said.
Jackie Smith's uncle, John Whitaker, said the woman's 18-year-old grandson was
in the house taking a shower when the shooting occurred and that he found the
two.
"He said his grandmother told him she knew who shot her," Whitaker said.
Jackie Smith staggered out of the house to get help, neighbors said.
One neighbor, Sherry Crain, said she saw the woman walk up the road with a
wounded shoulder.
"I came out of my house and asked if she was OK, and she told me to call the
police immediately," Crain said.
Another neighbor, Darrel Taber, said he saw Jackie Smith fall to the ground
near some bushes in his yard. "I asked her if she was all right, and she said,
`My husband and I have been shot,' " he said.
"I told her to come inside, but she went back to her house. I called 911 right
away."
Several neighbors said they saw a maroon Mercury Cougar speed away from the
scene.
After police identified Dylan Shanks as the suspect, Tulsa County deputies went
to his parent's mobile home at 18133 S. Peoria Ave. about 5:20 p.m.
"When deputies arrived here, they found two deceased adults -- one female, one
male -- in the residence. . . . We believe them to be his parents," Capt. Brian
Edwards said.
Shortly before 7 p.m. a young, blond woman drove a black car quickly into the
driveway of the residence. She got out and told authorities that the people
inside were her parents.
As an older woman approached her, the young woman cried and said, "Grandma, he
didn't mean to do it. He didn't mean to do it."
She was escorted to an area where about 20 people had gathered. Family members,
who declined to be identified, said the residents had lived there about 15
years.
A woman who lives next door to the Smiths in Tulsa but who would not give her
name said the two granddaughters have lived at the residence for about two
months. The 18-year-old grandson has lived there off and on for several years,
she said.
"She and Emmett were sacrificing to put those girls through a private school,
the neighbor said. "They seemed like nice kids. I haven't heard of them causing
any problems."
Jackie Smith has lived there for more than 25 years, the neighbor said. She
married Emmett Smith, who worked for Bennett Steel, about 16 years ago.
"I have no idea why this happened," she said. "I can't imagine anyone wanting
to shoot them."
Dylan Shanks has previously been reported to authorities as a runaway. Edwards
said authorities had been called to the rural trailer before in reference to
something that was "juvenile in nature," declining to elaborate.
An official at Liberty High School, where the boy is slated to be a sophomore
in the fall, said there was nothing in Shanks' behavior to indicate that he was
capable of murder.
"He was a normal teen-age student, average grades. There was nothing in his
behavior that ever suggested this," Principal Michael Calvert said. "He was not
involved in any activities. He was never in my office."
Shanks is described as 6 feet 1 inch tall, 175 pounds, with brown hair and
green eyes. Christina Fuller is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, 135 pounds,
with blond hair and green eyes. Keri Fuller is described as 5 feet 8 inches
tall, 125 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information about this case is asked to call Crime Stoppers at
596-COPS. The Citizens Crime Commission pays rewards for information that leads
to arrests of people who have committed felony crimes. Callers may remain
