has pic of the bust.
Five people, including three members of the Sudbury chapter of the
Hells Angels Motorcycle Club have been arrested and more than three
kilograms of cocaine have been taken off the streets.
After 18 months of investigation, the RCMP, in partnership with
Greater Sudbury Police and the OPP's biker enforcement unit, made the
arrests Feb. 7.
Police seized approximately three kilograms of cocaine, four
individually wrapped ounces of cocaine, three pounds of marijuana, 40
five-gram vials of hash oil, $27,000 cash, a pistol, a hand held cross-
bow and a number of other items related to crime such as vehicles and
Hells Angels paraphernalia.
Daniel Redmond, an OPP detective inspector, said he hopes these
arrests put a dent in the Hells Angels operation in Greater Sudbury.
The following people have been charged with conspiracy to traffic:
- Hells Angels member Gilles Levac, 46, of Val Caron. Levac has also
been charged with possession of a restricted weapon.
- Hells Angels member Alan Whittaker, 41, of Sudbury. He has also been
charged with possession of a prohibited weapon.
- Hells Angels member Pietro Agricola, 43, of Skead.
- Wayne Stewart, 51, of Sudbury.
- Karrie Kotyluk, 24, of Sudbury.
- Phil Boudreault, 32, of Massey was not charged, but as a result of
information obtained during the investigation, his parole has been
suspended and he is back in custody.

Seized throughout this investigation are the following items:
- approx. 3 kgs of cocaine, and approx. of 4 additional ounces of
cocaine,
- 3 lbs of marihuana and 40 vials of hash oil at 5 grams each,
- $27,000.00 in cash
- a hand held cross bow (prohibited weapon)
- a 1999 Chrysler 300 automobile (offence related)
- a 2006 Harley Davidson Motor cycle (proceeds of crime)
- a partially assembled motor cycle (proceeds of crime)
- a variety of proceeds of crime related property
This investigation was a prime example of integrated policing which
saw the Greater Sudbury Police Services, the Biker Enforcement Unit,
and the Sudbury RCMP working together. Resources were also used from
specialized units across the Province.
"This will be a definite set back for the Sudbury Chapter of the Hells
Angels criminal enterprise in their ability to import and traffic
drugs in and around the Greater Sudbury area, thereby reducing the
availability of cocaine on our streets," stated Superintendent Thomas
Bucher, RCMP District Commander. In today's climate it is imperative
that we attack organizations such as the Hells Angels with collective
operations through Joint Forces investigations. We complement each
other with additional expertise, funding, and human resources. It is
with such efforts that we can investigate criminal activities and
provide for a safer community for our families to live in. "

Wild Rose Conservative MP Myron Thompson who sits on the Commons
Justice Committee is calling for the Hell's Angels
to be classified a terrorist organization. HA is involved with
extortion, homicide, kidnapping, prostitution, meth and cocaine
dealing, rape, armed robbery and motorcycle theft and child
pornography
as well as phony currency and witness intimidation and obstruction of
justice. They have been known to bribe and scare law enforcement
officers and judges into doing their bidding. These ppl must be
rooted
out of the Cdn justice system. Two judges have actually done their
job
and declared HAMC a criminal org and the Victoria Times-Colonist is
calling for it to be banned as a terrorist org.
The White Rock chapter Sgt. Of Arms, Villy Roy Lynnerup, recently was
arrested for trying to board an airplane at YVR
with a loaded firearm. Was probably going to crash the plane into the
Downtown courthouse or hold the passengers hostage in exchange for
the
release of Moms Boucher and all imprisoned full patch members. All
the
Hell's Angels, their supporters, associates etc. should be imprisoned
for twenty years
their children put in foster care and their assets seized.
If you support Thompson let him know.

As well John Les the solicitor-general of BC has advocated banning
the
wearing of gang colours such as biker patches in bars. Since HA is
known to frequent AuBar and the Cecil and has links to various bars
in
BC that would be an improvement. The gang has a history of
intimidating
bartenders, infiltrating unions involved in the bar industry, beating
and killing strippers and beating customers to death at random for no
reason. Contact your MLA as well as the local media and tell them you
want this implemented sooner rather than later.
VPD is appealing again for info about the homicide of Maria Yvette
Monzon who was shot dead on the westside of Vancouver. She was killed
by HA but the police have never stated that. There is a reward.
