Hello,

Over in Michigan, 45 year old Nancy Rae Billiter has been found dead. Not
just dead, but tortured and beaten to death. She choked to death on her own
blood. Police say that in addition to being severely beaten and pistol
whipped, she was also injected with battery acid, or some other caustic
chemical, that burned her body from the inside out. Pollice confirm that she
definately was conscious and suffered a lot during this torture-murder. She
was found bound and gagged, dumped on the side of the road.

Under arrest is Nancy Rae's 26 year old female roommate. Carol Giles, and her
boyfriend. Police say that both of them together engaged in this torture
murder of Nancy, because Nancy had overheard Carol talking to her boyfriend
about the fact that Carol had MURDERED her husband, a diabetic, by injecting
heroin into his insulin!

Once Carol and her boyfriend realized that roommate Nancy had overheard this,
they decided she had to be killed, and tortured as well, which is what they
did. Carol is the one who is alleged to have injected Nancy with the battery
acid, during the course of this murder. It is possible, I suppose, that the
torture was done in an attempt to FIND OUT exactly what Nancy Rae had
overheard.

Anyway, both Carol and her 28 year old boyfriend are under arrest, charged
with first degree murder, in connection with Nancy's death. Carol's husband
died September 28th, and the death was ruled to be from a heart attack. Carol
DID admit over the weekend, while being questioned by police, that she did
murder him, by injecting heroin into his insulin. Police plan to exhume his
body and do an autopsy.

26 year old Carol Giles is not only a double murderer/torturer, folks. She is
also a MOMMY. Yes indeed, she has two children, aged 6 and 9, and they lived
in the same house where this torture/murder took place. They killed Nancy Rae
in the basement of the house, while Carol's two children were asleep upstairs.

So there ya have it. Another interesting case of two partners in murder, in
which the woman appears to play an even more prominent role than the man. It
was Carol who injected the heroin into her husban's insulin, and then, in this
murder, she injects battery acid into her 45 year old female roommate, as her
boyfriend physically beats and pistol-whips our hapless eavesdropper.

I'm telling you, it's no good to live with a roommate. Better to live alone
in a tiny roach & rat infested studio apartment, then to share a large house
with a roommate. It is simply irrational to trust anyone enough to actually
live within the same house, IMNSVHO.

If you would like to see a photo of BOTH Carol and her boyfriend, as they
appeared in court yesterday during their arraignment on charges of torturing
and murdering Nancy, simply point your Web Broser to the following URL:

http://www.freep.com/adframes/home.shtml

Carol is White, and her boyfriend/murder accomplice, Timothy Collier, is
Black, just as a point of information. And Carol looks like quite a BIG girl,
sizewise, but still rather attractive in her own way. You will also see of a
photo of Nancy at this exact same URL, BEFORE she got herself tortured to
death with beatings and battery acid. She looks real wholesome and trusting in
this photo. That's what got her killed, trust. If she were rational, she would
have lived ALONE, behind secure locks, and never would have crossed paths with
Carol and her boyfriend.

A tip: If you wish to access the above URL, and view photos of Carol,
Timothy, and the now dead Nancy Rae, do NOT delay in launching your web
browser. This page is from a daily newspaper and will definately CHANGE within
12-18 hours of my post.

Take care, JOE

Woman knew too much, cops say

Talk of man's death preceded her slaying

When Carol Giles needed a shoulder to cry on after her husband died of an
apparent heart attack in September, she turned to her good friend Nancy
Billiter, who promptly moved in with the newly widowed Giles in West
Bloomfield Township and helped care for her two young children.

But last week, Billiter made a deadly mistake.

She overheard a telephone conversation in which Giles, 26, described how she
killed Jesse Giles by lacing his insulin with heroin, authorities said Monday.

Then Giles turned to her new boyfriend, 28-year-old Timothy Collier of Flint,
to help keep her deadly secret, authorities said.

The couple confessed to killing Billiter, 45, on Thursday in the basement of
Giles' home by gagging and strangling her with a washcloth and a pair of panty
hose, prosecutors said, as Giles' children, ages 7 and 9, slept upstairs.

Authorities said Collier also beat and pistol-whipped Billiter while Giles
injected her friend with syringes of battery acid -- enough to burn part of
her body from the inside out. She also may have been sexually assaulted.

"How long they took is unclear, but she did suffer," Assistant Oakland County
Prosecutor Kate McNamara said Monday after the couple's arraignment in 48th
District Court. "They accomplished their objective, which was murder, and they
took their time doing it."

Giles and Collier were each charged Monday with first-degree murder and
conspiring to commit murder. Judge Edward Avadenka entered not-guilty pleas on
their behalf and ordered both held without bond in the Oakland County Jail
pending a Dec. 1 preliminary examination.

The couple left the woman's body in the basement for more than a day, police
said, before driving 50 miles north into Genesee County and dumping it along a
dirt path near a fishing site. Billiter's body was found fully clothed Friday
afternoon, wrapped in a comforter and wearing a shirt from South Boulevard
Station in Auburn Hills, where she worked as a waitress.

The details of Billiter's slaying disgusted her mother, Phyllis Burke of Auburn
Hills.

"Nancy told me, 'Mom, Carol's the best friend I've got, and I'm not going to
let anything happen to her,' " Burke said Monday, recalling a conversation she
had with her daughter soon after Giles' husband died. "This just makes me
sick."

Meanwhile, West Bloomfield Township police have begun a homicide investigation
into the death of 42-year-old Jesse Giles, who suffered an apparent heart
attack Sept. 28 in the same home in which authorities contend Billiter was
slain.

Giles' death certificate said he died from arteriosclerotic cardiovascular
disease, or a clogging of the arteries.

But while being questioned by police late Saturday in Billiter's death, Carol
Giles confessed to killing her husband by injecting heroin into the insulin he
used to treat diabetes, Deputy Oakland County Prosecutor James Halushka said.

"Everyone assumed he died of natural causes; there was never an autopsy done,"
Halushka said. "Now, we're going to have to petition a court to have his body
exhumed."

Halushka said the medical examiner told prosecutors he could use toxicology
tests to determine whether there was heroin in Giles' system.

Jesse Giles' daughter, Temikia Rhimes, came to court Monday after prosecutors
told her that her stepmother was a suspect in her father's death. She said
Carol Giles received a sizable inheritance from Rhimes' father. Rhimes said
she noticed a change in Giles' demeanor shortly after his death.

"She got a boyfriend pretty quickly," said Rhimes, 23. "But there were kids
involved ...Whoever this man is, he's good." She said she blames Collier for
masterminding her father's slaying.

Authorities said it was unclear how Collier and Carol Giles met or how long
they were involved.

Billiter's relatives said Nancy befriended Giles two years ago while regularly
serving her at another Auburn Hills bar. They both expressed an interest in
mystery novels and often exchanged paperbacks while Giles' children played
with Billiter's 8-year-old grandson.

Billiter's boss, Jim Dieters, said he warned her to be careful of Giles.

"I told her, 'I know she's got problems, but you should try to get as far away
as possible from her,' " said Dieters, owner of South Boulevard Station, which
put the message "We miss you, Nancy" on its sign Monday. "She had a big heart,
and that kind of turned out to be her downfall."

Burke said she felt a chill Monday when she recounted a phone call she received
Friday from Giles, minutes before detectives told her her daughter was dead.
She now knows she was hearing from one of her daughter's alleged killers.

"She called and asked if Nancy was there, and I said 'No, I thought she was
with you,' " Burke said. "She said, 'No, I haven't seen her since Thursday.' "

Visitation for Nancy Billiter will be 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the Harold
R. Davis Funeral Home, 3530 Auburn Road, Auburn Hills 48326. In lieu of
flowers, please make checks payable to the Nancy Billiter Memorial Fund, care
of the funeral home.

PONTIAC, Mich. (AP) - A woman who was tortured and beaten until she choked to
death on her own blood apparently was killed after overhearing a friend's
murder confession, two newspapers reported today.

The bound, gagged and battered body of Nancy Rae Billiter, 45, of Auburn Hills,
was found wrapped in a blanket and dumped next to a dirt path Friday. She had
been severely battered and was injected with an agent that partially burned
her body from the inside out.

Her roommate, Carol Giles, 26, and Timothy Collier, 28, both of Bloomfield
Hills, were arraigned Monday on first-degree murder charges and ordered held
without bond.

``How long they took is unclear, but she did suffer,'' prosecutor Kate McNamara
said. ``They accomplished their objective, which was murder, and they took
their time doing it.''

An autopsy showed Ms. Billiter choked to death on her own blood after a severe
beating.

Prosecutors said Ms. Billiter was killed because she overheard Ms. Giles
talking with Collier, her boyfriend, about the death of her husband, Jesse
Giles, The Detroit News and Detroit Free Press reported today.

Jesse Giles died Sept. 28 of an apparent heart attack.

While being questioned by police late Saturday in Ms. Billiter's death, Ms.
Giles confessed to killing her husband, a diabetic, by injecting heroin into
his insulin, prosecutor James Halushka said. Authorities hoped to have Giles'
body exhumed for an autopsy.

Police said the couple confessed to killing Ms. Billiter in the basement of the
house she shared with Ms. Giles, while Ms. Giles' two children, ages 7 and 9,
slept upstairs.

Authorities said Collier beat and pistol-whipped the woman while Ms. Giles
injected her with syringes of a caustic substance the newspapers said probably was battery acid or a cleaning agent.

Curious how such people have no trouble getting sexual and romantic
partners in this society. I would imagine social norms play into this.
These people probably acted "normal," dressed in the un-functional but
trendy way normal people do, talked in the inexpressive but cool way
normal people do these days, paid excessive attention to their
appearance in the way that is expected of people these days, were up on
the latest trends in fashion and culture, worked out at the gym.
Perhaps they even had that most important of assets in this society,
physical beauty. In short, there was nothing socially unattractive
about them by today's standards, not the least their sociopathic
willingness to kill and torture others for short-term gain. How
unfortunate they released their sociopathy in ways as simplistic as
murder and torture. They could have become prison guards or
prosecutors, conservative politicians or malicious journalists, crooked
businessmen or sadistic psychiatrists, narcissistic teachers or mean
parents. In other words, despite their sociopathy, they could have been
productive, acceptable members of society. But somewhere along the way
they took a wrong turn, resorted to something as blatantly illegal as
torture-murder, and now they are looking at serious jail time. There
is a lesson in here, folks.

Hi Joe,
How very true!! ..I would not trust any human being enough to actually live
in the same house or apt. with them!!
Better to be alone and be safe....Because you never know what they may be
thinking or planning!!
