WA Police Commissioner Chris Dawson has revealed police are closing in on details behind how a bikie’s house became the target of a shock drive by shooting last night.
Hells Angel Dayne Brajkovich’s Ascot home was targeted, the tattooed bikie who made headlines after bashing Nick Martin at a Scarborough bar in November.
A stolen black Porsche believed to be involved in the shooting was captured on CCTV driving into bushland off Abernethy Road, where it was found torched.

The bikie gang crime squad are investigating after the home of a senior Hells Angel bikie was sprayed with bullets in a drive-by shooting overnight.
The rear of the Sedgeland Way home in Ascot was shot at up to five times about 7.15pm, prompting police to swarm the normally quiet street.
It is the home of 41-year-old sergeant-at-arms Dayne Brajkovich, who was captured on CCTV bashing Rebels bikie boss Nick Martin at a Scarborough pub in November, before the Rebels boss was killed in a suspected sniper attack.

Shell casings were found near the scene in Ascot and forensics officers combed the area for evidence.
No-one is believed to have been hurt in the attack.
Police Commissioner Chris Dawson confirmed that the incident was gang-related and warned of increased “friction” in the bikie underworld.
“There was a vehicle that drove past, and we believe five or six shots were fired towards the premises,” Mr Dawson said on 6PR this morning.
“It's clearly related to outlaw motorcycle groups. There's a lot of tension out there at the moment.”
“You could characterise it as drive by shooting… but fortunately no one was injured.”

Mr Brajkovich was ordered out of his home by heavily armed officers at gunpoint as police responded to the shooting in Sedgeland Way.
Residents of the Ascot home were speaking to police, Mr Dawson said.
“There were people that we removed from those premises, we are speaking with them and will continue to do that.”
Mr Dawson said that current information had police going down “a certain path” but encouraged anyone with further information to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
The shooting comes after the sniper murder of Rebels bikie boss Nick Martin, 51, at Perth Motorplex in Kwinana on December 12.

Fellow Rebels bikie Ricky Chapman, 31, was also wounded in the attack, as was an unrelated five-year-old boy sitting on the lap of Martin’s wife who was grazed by a bullet fragment but did not require medical treatment.
The brazen public slaying sparked fears of a gang war.
In the weeks before Mr Martin’s murder he was involved in a brutal bikie brawl with Brajkovich at The Sandbar in Scarborough.
The November 24 fight, caught on CCTV, shows the duo shaking hands before squaring up to each other.
Brajkovich then launches into a barrage of brutal punches as tables and chairs are flung across the bar in broad daylight.

Brajkovich pleaded guilty to fighting in public and received an $800 in December.

Look I'm a Christian but no saint and have been arrested 23 times and have 5 convictions. When I threatened the lying, thieving, bully known as Tony Beck in the past I was put in a cell for some hours and eventually agreed to peace bond with the lying, thief and bully. It was for a year and I didn't violate it. The original charge was criminal harassment.
At the very least I expect Mr.Strenja to get a visit from RCMP. I would like him to be charged with uttering threats. Last I heard he was living and working in Burnaby. He has worn a HAMC support shirt in the past and his Dad was in the paper 15 years ago as a HA associate who passed counterfeit currency at the Maple Ridge courthouse. He has also told me verbally on two occasions his Dad was an associate and that he "knew people". I could deal with Mr. Strenja myself but I don't feel like spending the next decade of my life in prison. He is the smallest HA jr league male I have ever encountered.
I have encountered Tom Strenja on the Seawall last year and even though he was with a biker who was larger than me he only made threatening gestures and neither did anything to physically harm me. Another time last year I have encountered Tom Strenja in Stanley Park and he again made threatening gestures but said nothing and made no attempt to physically harm me. I am concerned he will go after young members of my family since HAMC is a bunch of criminals and scumbags.

Look I'm a Christian but no saint and have been arrested 23 times and have 5 convictions. When I threatened the lying, thieving, bully known as Tony Beck in the past I was put in a cell for some hours and eventually agreed to peace bond with the lying, thief and bully. It was for a year and I didn't violate it. The original charge was criminal harassment.
At the very least I expect Mr.Strenja to get a visit from RCMP. I would like him to be charged with uttering threats. Last I heard he was living and working in Burnaby. He has worn a HAMC support shirt in the past and his Dad was in the paper 15 years ago as a HA associate who passed counterfeit currency at the Maple Ridge courthouse. He has also told me verbally on two occasions his Dad was an associate and that he "knew people". I could deal with Mr. Strenja myself but I don't feel like spending the next decade of my life in prison. He is the smallest HA jr league male I have ever encountered.
I have encountered Tom Strenja on the Seawall last year and even though he was with a biker who was larger than me he only made threatening gestures and neither did anything to physically harm me. Another time last year I have encountered Tom Strenja in Stanley Park and he again made threatening gestures but said nothing and made no attempt to physically harm me. I am concerned he will go after young members of my family since HAMC is a bunch of criminals and scumbags.
