Hello,

Boy, I WISH i could have gotten in MORE posts today, especially since I will
be offline for just about the ENTIRE day tomorrow, as I ubdertake the LONG,
8-10 hour annual job of cleaning my ENTIRE large house, from top to bottom. But
that's life, the darm 'puter locked up on me 2 times, had to rewrite some
stuff, deal withj some real life business, and the day just FLEW by, without me
getting in the 12 or more posts I wanted. Oh well, lemme at least squeeze in
TWO more items.

Over in Indiana, in an update to a VERY interesting case I posted abot a week
or two ago, Judy Kirby, aged 31, who LOADED her car up with FIVE of her slaves
and then drove for over a mile in the WRONG direction down a highway, before
crashing head-on into a minivan, has been charged with SEVEN counts of MURDER.
Yes, Judy managed to KILL FOUR of the slaves in her own car, the driver of the
other car, AND two of HIS child-slaves. Doi the math, that equals SEVEN dead,
and UNLIKE most other vehicular mass murders, Judy has been UNABLE to put on a
good acting performance, as far as claiming that she MEANT no harm.

Police say she DELIBERATELY CHOSE to BOTH drive the wrong way on the highway,
AND crash into the minivan head-on. In my book, these two facts make her an
ABSOLUTE mass murderess, worthy of JUST as much recognition for having achieved
a HIGH massacre toll, as any gUN or KNIFE wielding mass killer.

This is a CLASSIC family massacre, with Judy upset-enraged over a failing
romantic relationship with her boyfriend. It is of course VERY rare for a
FEMALE to mass kill SEVEN, but she had a GREAT weapon, easy to use and
effective, in her car, as long as she was WILLING to RISK her OWN life in the
name of claiming her vengeance, and she CERTAINLY was courageous, I feel
foolhardy, in her reckless disrefard for her OWN life. Only TWO of the NINE
people involved in this head-on crash survived, and Judy, as the ONLY DRIVer to
survive, was obviously VERY lucky, not even suffering any SEVERE physical
injuries, while WIPING OUT everyone else. We all need LUCK in life, and I'm
glad Judy got lucky.

Judy did spend about three WEEKS in the hospital, was finally released
Friday, only to be immediately arrested & charged with the seven murders.
Unlike MANY family harvestors, Judy was perfectly WILLING to kill complete
STRANGERS along with her OWN slaves/Sacred Family Unit members. She actually
ACCELERATED as she approached the minivan. I wonder if she SAW that CHILDREN
were inside the other car?? Perhaps she did, and that CAUSED her to decide to
go forward with the crash, WANTINg to kill as MANY as she could?? She OBVIOUSLY
must have known that she faced a GOOD chance of DYING herself, in the crash.
Hopefully, if she had "genuine" suicidal urges, they have now LEFT her. NOTHING
is more valuable in life, than the ability to LOVE yourself and embrace the
preciousness of your life, even as you ALSO embrace your homicidal hatred for
OTHER humans.

Judy and her lawyer(s) have some TOUGH choices to make now. Go with an
insanity defense, or try to convince a jury that she had NO homicidal intent
and therefore the MURDER charges have NO validity. Maybe she can use a "I was
so upset that I couldn't think clearly or rationally" defense, to angle for a
vehicular manslaughter or other LESS SEVERE conviction, than outright MURDER?
It does sound like she DID put on a GOOD performance of acting remorseful and
"innocent", in court yesterday.

Judy was the PRIMARY owner-caretaker to TEN child-slaves. Her boyfriend
NATURALLY had NO desire to ENSLAVE himself to a gal who could literally BLEED
him dry by demanding child support for TEN slaves, if they ever married. He now
says he did NOT tell her that he ONLY wanted her, WITHOUT the kids. Of course
your Sacred Family Unit addicted society NEVER gave Judy a CHANCE to GIVE AWAY
her 10 slaves to the State. If she had TRIED to do so, she would have been
BRUTALLY condemned, maybe even THROWN into a loony bin, for DARING to try and
get out of her "parental obligations". The FACT is, you GENOCIDAL hypocrites
would rather have ONE gal MASSACRE her 4,7, 10 child-slaves, than have 50 gals
FIVE AWAY their children to the State, and send out the Forbidden message that
women are ALLOWED to spurn their parental "obligations", as imposed by society,
to serve as slaveowner-rearers.

Stay Strong, Judy!

Take care, JOE

Indiana Driver Charged With Murder

MARTINSVILLE, Ind. (AP) - A woman suspected of causing a deadly head-on crash
while driving in the wrong direction was charged Friday with seven counts of
murder.

Investigators say Judy Kirby, of Indianapolis, intended to cause the crash that
killed three of her children and a nephew she had adopted, and three others,
because she was distraught over a strained relationship with her boyfriend.

``What the evidence and witnesses were telling us lead us to believe that she
knew what she was doing at the time,'' Detective Rick Lang said.

Kirby, 31, drove more than a mile in the wrong lane of a divided highway before
colliding with a minivan March 25 near Martinsville, southwest of Indianapolis,
according to a probable cause affidavit.

Witnesses said Kirby appeared to accelerate before her car slammed head-on into
the minivan, killing its driver and two of his children and her children.

Kirby was one of only two survivors. She was arrested after her release from
the hospital Friday and is being held without bond.

Kirby's lawyer, Maryann Wunder, did not return a phone message.

Murder charges filed in wrong-way wreck

Woman accused of intentionally killing some of her children in Ind. 67 crash
tells judge, 'I miss my babies.'

By Kim L. Hooper and Rob Schneider
The Indianapolis Star

Saturday, April 15, 2000

MARTINSVILLE, Ind. -- The woman who police say intentionally drove the wrong
way on Ind. 67 and caused an accident killing seven people, including four of
her children, was charged Friday with seven counts of murder.

Investigators arrested Judy D. Kirby as she left Methodist Hospital in
Indianapolis shortly before 1 p.m. She was whisked to Martinsville in an
ambulance, where she made an initial appearance in Morgan Superior Court.

During the hearing, Kirby sobbed and moaned in a wheelchair as the seven murder
charges were read. She held her hand at her mouth and shook her head as if
saying "no" to what she was hearing.

When Judge Jane Spencer Craney asked whether she understood her rights, Kirby
answered, "I don't understand. I don't remember, I don't remember the accident.
I would never hurt anybody; I never murdered anybody. I miss my babies."

Kirby's mother, Helen Walker, insisted Friday that there was no way her
daughter could have killed her children. "She loved them kids."

In addition to the murder charges, prosecutors filed four felony counts of
child neglect causing serious bodily injury and a single count of aggravated
battery. Craney set trial for Aug. 23. Kirby remained in the Morgan County
Jail.

The 12 charges are the result of a nearly three-week police investigation that
began March 25, when Kirby allegedly drove her 1989 Pontiac Firebird the wrong
way on the divided, four-lane Ind. 67 for nearly two miles near Martinsville.

Kirby passed 16 "Do Not Enter" or "Wrong Way" signs between where she entered
the highway and the crash site, according to court documents filed by the
Morgan County prosecutor's office.

In addition, there were at least four crossovers along that section of highway
before she collided head-on with a minivan driven by Thomas M. Reel, 40, of
Martinsville.

Reel and two of his children in the minivan were killed. Four children who were
passengers in Kirby's car also died. A teen-age friend of the Reel children
survived, as did Kirby.

From the beginning, investigators were suspicious about the cause of the crash.
In court documents, numerous witnesses painted a picture of a car "flying" up a
ramp the wrong way and becoming a "white streak" after it entered the highway,
and how Kirby made no attempt to stop or turn around after she ran southbound
motorists off the highway.

But the question was, why?

Investigators reported finding a note in the car that Kirby allegedly
acknowledged writing. It said, "I love you but I can't have you the way I want
you without any children. I want to be a good parent, I don't care about the
money thing, it's the love. I love them at times. I get angry. I know that me
and my children need help."

The note, Morgan County Sheriff's Detective Scott A. Hamilton stated in court
documents, tended to corroborate what other witnesses have told investigators
-- that a boyfriend wanted Kirby but didn't want all the children.

Kirby cared for 10 children. Five of them were from her nine-year marriage to
Victor Kirby. After they divorced in 1994, Judy Kirby began dating Tinnie
Kirby, who is the father of two of Judy Kirby's children and the uncle of
Victor Kirby.

Detectives said they were uncertain who was the father of one child. Kirby also
had custody of two others, who are the children of an older sister.

Family members told police that in recent months, Kirby had been suffering from
depression and on March 2 was admitted to a hospital for treatment. After
several days, she wanted to leave and did so against the advice of the
hospital.

Afterwards, Kirby seemed more depressed and became paranoid, one of Kirby's
sisters told police.

Kirby's attorney, Mary Ann Wunder, told investigators of a conversation she had
with Kirby the day before the crash about her relationship with Tinnie Kirby.
She stated that Judy Kirby "was emotionally distraught."

Witnesses described the relationship to investigators as on-and-off and said
that during recent breakups, Tinnie Kirby told Judy Kirby that he was a federal
informant and he would turn her in to authorities. He also convinced her that
federal agents were watching her, the witnesses said.

Indiana State Police Detective Rick J. Lang said Judy Kirby's actions appeared
to be motivated by a desire to reunite with her ex-boyfriend.

Tinnie Kirby, contacted byThe Indianapolis Star, said he did not see Kirby the
day of the accident. He denied ever telling Kirby that he wanted her but not
the children.

"That's not true," he said. He also said he never claimed to have any
relationship with the federal government.

A friend who sometimes baby-sat for Kirby's children was at her home the
morning of the crash. Kirby was upset and crying, Billy Pagel told police.

According to court documents, Kirby told Pagel she was going to a sister's home
to pick up several of her children who had spent the night there and intended
to take all of them. Pagel told her he would watch them.

Before leaving, she kissed the remaining children and told them she loved them,
Pagel told police.

During the day, Kirby started out toward Greenwood to a Toys R Us store while
another sister followed in another car. On the way, they separated and Kirby
disappeared.

At one point, about 40 minutes before the crash, a witness identified Kirby and
several of her children as the people who entered the clubhouse of the Valley
Brook Mobile Home Park, near High School Road and Kentucky Avenue in
Indianapolis.

When asked whether she needed help, Kirby told the witness: "I need help," and
added, "I need a birthday party." Saturday was the birthday of Jeremy Young,
one of her adopted children. Jeremy died in the crash.

Less than an hour later, cars began dodging out of the way of Kirby's vehicle
as it left a gasoline station and accelerated the wrong way on a ramp leading
to Ind. 67.

One driver heading north reported seeing the car accelerating continuously from
the time she noticed it near Ind. 67 and Ind. 39.

The car's windows were down and the T-top was off.

"There was a small boy in the front seat who looked to be on his knees, his
hands outstretched to the dash as if he was holding on and the driver's blond
hair was blowing in the wind," the witness told investigators.

Hey Joe here's a little common sense for ya. NO ONE has to get pregnant nor sire a child. When idiots do that's THEIR fault and no one else's.
So keep absurd theories that applaud irresponsibilty to yourself.
