Juliette Lewis co-star'd with Brad Pitt in 'Too Young to Die?', a movie based
on the true story of Amanda Sue Bradley, a sexually abused runaway teen who was
the first minor to receive death penalty.
I need any info you might have...
The only references I see in the search engines are for the character in
the allegedly "fact-based" tv movie. The character may be a composite of
several real-life case histories. I seem to remember a couple of real-life
cases where female juveniles were sentenced to death, but I believe they
killed their mothers or grandmothers...

.......................................
Proud to be an Infidel
Doh -- whoever she is, this gal is by NO means the first (female) minor
to receive the death penalty. Six have even been executed:
Hannah Ocuish, 12, Connecticut, 1786
Rosan Keen, 16, New Jersey, 1844
Amy Spain, 17, South Carolina, 1865
Mary Wallis, 17, Maryland, 1871
Milbry Brown, 14, South Carolina, 1892
Virginia Christian, 17, Virginia, 1912
Granted --
1) There hasn't been one (not executed, anyway) since 1912
2) This is six females out of 159 juveniles executed in the US,
so it's rather more than 20 to 1 males.
3) All of the above girls were black, except for Hannah Ocuish,
who was american indian. No white female juveniles have been
executed in the US. Some white male juveniles have, but very few.
The last one was in 1944.
