Hello,

A month or so ago, a 42 year old fellow named William Cody Neal massacred
THREE women. He used an AXE to slaughter all 3, after raping them and forcing
them to have sex with each other, inside of the home of one of the women. All
three women had intimate relationships with William, either in the past, or at
the time of his rampage.

This case TRULY has not received the type of media attention that it
deserves, and so I am VERY pleased and proud to present an update below, which
includes a FASCINATING jailhouse media interview with William himself! I just
LOVE to hear killers talk about their True Reality, to get their own feelings
and philosophies and statements in their own, unedited and undiluted words. So
this news item was a mahorly pleasant find for me this morning.

There are some very sad aspects to William's statements. Even though he has
not stood trial as of yet, William is already, at least to the media, declaring
his guilt AND his desire to receive a legal murder sentence via the death
penalty. This is VERY sad. I wish that William could LOVE himself, and value
the unique perfection of his own life, even as he embraces his True Reality
right to have massacred these 3 gals. But every human is unique, and
experiences their life in a unique way. All I can say is that William dies NOT
deserve to be murdered by the society that is guilty of and responsible for
having created him. And the fact that William WANTS to be executed is all the
more reason why your pathetic society should not, and has no legitimate moral
authority, to even CONSIDER legally murdering this victim that it has created.

In explaining the 3 axe murders, William declares: "I liked all three of them
but decided to kill them when i felt threatened with exposure of my other
criminal activity. There wasn't anybody here in Denver that I trusted. I was
involved in illegal activities - theft, extortion, fraud, embezzlement,
forgery. I could keep listing them. I knew they'd be potential snitches. I was
right - none of them were trustable." Well, the fact is that William chose to
commit the murders out of a much deeper, internal rage and hate. But if he
wants to offer this rationalization to the public, so be it. Very likely he is
not in touch with his core reality rage and hate, himself.

We learn that he killed the OWNER of the house where he committed all of his
attacks, FIRST. He timed this murder to coincide with her going on a VACATION,
knowing that she wouldn't be missed at work. Very clever! He knew that he could
LURE his other victims to this house, once he was inside and had his first
victim dead. He killed the other 2 women, DAYS later, after luring them to the
house. All 3 killings were committed on DIFFERENT days, spread about a week
apart. So William ALMOST qualifies as a serial killer, although I won't label
him as such. Declares William: "It was deliberate, it was calculated. I needed
time to carry out what I needed to do.''

William does downplay any torture that he may have inflicted upon the gals,
declaring: "I didn't torture the deceased. I did it as instantly as I could and
they never saw it coming, because I did care about them.'' How nice, a
thoughtful and considerate multiple murderer.

Was William ABUSED as a child?? Of course he was! All murderers, whether they
admit or deny it, were actively abused and mistreated and traumatized as
children. I am pleased that William is at least in touch enough with his True
Reality to TELL us that he WAS abused as a child, serially RAPED, in fact.
William shows a good insight into himself, when he says: "I've been fighting
all my life to keep what happened from happening. . . . I had the choice to
turn myself in for counseling, but since I was first molested, that little
light turned off in that boy, and he started dying.'' Here he is describing
how his sOUL slowely hardened and solidified into rage and hate towards fellow
humans, throughout the course of his childhood. I personally DON'T think that
William's soul is actually DEAD, as mine is. Dead souls are VERY rare. Severely
wounded souls are far more common, and can be MORE difficult to cope with and
painful for the victim, than a dead soul is.

It is very sad that William does not LOVE himself. In reading his comments
below, it becomes clear that he does NOT love himself. That is tragic. He
SHOULD be able to kill fellow humans, and love himself and his accomplishments.
But he can't. His True Reality is too weak. He is not in touch with the glory
of his own life. He canaccept the fact that he had an ABSOLUTE RIGHT to kill
these women. His mindset is still that of a little boy. He thinks he has done
something wrong in killing the 3 gals, and that he deserves to be "punished".
Very sad. William even EXPLAINS that he WANTED to get caught, and committed the
murders as he did, even LEAVING one gal ALIVE, because he wants her to testify
against him in court. here we see a killer with a real SELF-ESTEEM problem. He
does NOT love himself. This is tragic. He genuinelly does not accept the FACT
that he had a 100% valid, True Reality right to avenge his own suffering by
slaughtering fellow humans. Even though he CARRIED OUT the killings, he doesn't
feel he had a legitimate right to do so.

All I can say is that his mindset is a tragic one. I am glad my mindset is
totally different. And while I fully respect William's True Reality, I am very
glad that my mindset and the mindsets of many other aspiring and actual
predators is that of LOVE of self, recognition of our right to seek and claim
vengeance through violence, and the understanding that every victim has an
absolute right to victimize others, and to feel not a SHRED of guilt or remorse
or invalidation or low self-esteem, over what we are and what life choices we
make.

William tells us that he thinks he COULD have become a successful, maybe even
undetectable serial killer. But he CHOSE, for whatever reason, to be satisfied
with only killing 3 gals. Literally allowing himself to be caught. Sad. Right
now, in prison, William has managed to get ahold of a book or two about Ted
Bundy, and as he awaits trial, he is READING this Bundy book! Well, there's at
least one cool aspect to this otherwise depressing expose of William's tRue
Reality mindset.

Take care, JOE

Sept. 19 - GOLDEN - Confessed killer William "Cody'' Neal says he wants to be
executed for the midsummer Jefferson County ax murders of three women.

During a jailhouse interview requested by Neal this week, he also offered both
motive and method behind a string of coldly calculated killings that
encompassed six days. At turns embracing and evading responsibility, he
expressed remorse for the families of his victims and bravado at the prospect
of execution - and then angrily blamed his violent rampage on childhood sexual
abuse.

"I'll plead guilty to any stinking charge they got, without a plea bargain,''
Neal said. "I want the death penalty. I believe I deserve it.''

Neal, 42, has been charged in the brutal slayings of Rebecca Lynn Holberton,
44, Angela Fite, 28, and Candace Anita Walters, 48. The women, who all had
relationships with Neal, were found dead at a gruesome crime scene in
Holberton's townhome July 8.

Neal also allegedly raped a fourth victim and held her and two others hostage
for three days before surrendering and confessing to authorities July 9.

Jefferson County District Attorney Dave Thomas has charged Neal with
kidnapping, sexual assault, extortion and theft in addition to the murders. He
said he will make a decision on what penalty to pursue "at the appropriate
time.'' On Monday, a date will be set for Neal's preliminary hearing.

Thomas said he has been made aware of Neal's stated desire to plead guilty and
proceed to sentencing, but emphasized that the ball remains in the defendant's
court.

"He's represented by counsel, he has a lot of options,'' Thomas said. "Through
counsel he can exercise those options. If he wants to do all the things he
says, he has that at his disposal. I can't make him do it. I have to play by
the rules.''

Neal said he was acting against the advice of his attorney. Jim Aber, Neal's
public defender, did not return phone calls.

One victim's relative was unmoved by Neal's death-wish.

"It's not even going to be up to him,'' said Holly Walters, daughter of Candace
Walters. "At this point I don't care what Cody wants, regardless of whether
it's in our favor or not. I have no feelings for Cody whatsoever, other than
hate.''

Neal said he liked all three of his murder victims but was finally moved to
kill them when threatened with exposure of his other criminal activity.

"There wasn't anybody here in Denver that I trusted,'' he said. "I was involved
in illegal activities - theft, extortion, fraud, embezzlement, forgery. I could
keep listing them. I knew they'd be potential snitches. I was right - none of
them were trustable.''

Eventually, Candace Walters realized Neal was taking money from her - more than
$6,000 - he said. When he couldn't repay it, and Walters felt he wasn't paying
enough attention to her, she threatened to expose him.

According to Neal, Walters then told Holberton about his criminal activity, but
when Holberton confronted him he was able to "smooth things over.'' Walters
then "hinted that she'd got to Angie.''

"They pushed me to my limit,'' Neal said. "I don't want to say I "snapped.' All
three had fair warning.''

He said he killed Holberton first because he knew she was going on vacation
from work and that he could use her townhome for the other two murders without
drawing suspicion. He said he murdered Holberton between 9:30 and 10 a.m. on
June 30.

Candace Walters was killed on the morning of July 3 and Angela Fite died around
11 p.m. on July 5, according to Neal.

"It was deliberate, it was calculated,'' he said. "I needed time to carry out
what I needed to do.''

But he objected to reports that he tortured his victims and said that, contrary
to media accounts, he did not force Fite to watch the rape of the fourth
victim, who survived. He said the rape occurred after he killed Fite, and was
intended as a warning to unspecified others who were "running their mouths.''

"I didn't torture the deceased,'' Neal said. "I did it as instantly as I could
and they never saw it coming, because I did care about them.''

Neal said he wants to avoid a trial so details of the victims' lives won't have
to be made public.

"They didn't do nothing wrong,'' he said. "Why should it be put in the public
eye? I want to get on with it. Not that I want to die. But I know it's a
death-penalty case. I always believed in the death penalty, myself. And I still
believe in the death penalty. I do have a heart and I do have a conscience.''

But Neal also acknowledges he has lied in previous interviews.

He told a television reporter that he murdered two other people, although
investigators could not substantiate his claim. Neal now admits that he left no
other victims.

"I made myself out to be a liar in public on TV because I didn't want a way
out,'' he said. "I want the public to think me incapable of telling the truth,
so when I plead for my life and mercy, they won't give me any. I've been
wanting to stop this and get caught all my life.''

Acknowledging that he "knows right from wrong,'' Neal said he is opposed to an
insanity defense.

But he did claim that he was raped as a child and again as an adult in the
military service and that, "I've been fighting all my life to keep what
happened from happening. . . . I had the choice to turn myself in for
counseling, but since I was first molested, that little light turned off in
that boy, and he started dying.''

He said that if he hadn't wanted to get caught, he would have murdered the
women in the mountains and disposed of their bodies. By allowing the rape
victim to live, he said, he was assured that "her testimony alone could put me
to the death-penalty phase.''

Neal, who said his jailhouse reading has centered on executed serial killer Ted
Bundy, insisted he has come to terms with losing his life - and would prefer a
firing squad to lethal injection because "I want justice to be served. It won't
be served if I just fall asleep.''

"I'm ready,'' Neal added. "I want to do it now. While it's hot, let's eat.''
