Hello,

As an enraged predator targeting society, Getting a NICKNAME from police or
the media, always indicates that you've achieved SOME degree of infamy through
your acts of violence, even if it's only on a local level. Over in Ohio, a 22
year old fellow has been dubbed the "Carryout Killer", very CATCHY name, and
DESPITE apparently only having two fatalities under his belt, I've decided to
post this item.

John Michael Robinson is the name of our "Carryout Killer", he was arrested,
along with his 18 year old gal-pal, WAY over in Texas, a few days ago. They
waived extradition and are expected to be sent back to OH any day now, which is
where John is accused of shooting THREE people, killing two, in three separate
"robbery" incidents, last month. As is often the case, I feel that John was
HOMICIDALLY enraged, and only used the EXCUSE of robbery to JUSTIFY to himself
the carrying out of these shooting attacks.

You can view a facial photo of a young looking John over at:

http://www.zwire.com/site/news.cfm?newsid=406458&BRD=1699&PAG=461&dept_id=46371

After committing these three attacks, on two separate days, John fled the
state with gal-pal Dawn, and after a week-long manhunt, cops found them both
inside a TX motel. John offered a BIT of resistence, walking out of the motel
room with a GUN raised up in the air, but soon surrendered. Outrageously, he
faces a very possible legal murder, if convicted. The two harvestees where both
female store clerks, a male store clerk was shot in the FACE too, but only
suffered a minor wound.

18 year old Dawn was just along as a PASSIVE partner, and did NOT actually
COMMIT any of the murders or physical attacks, but still faces lesser charges.
NO word on any specific motive, but even though this case has no really
"sensationalistic" elements being reported right now, you can take comfort in
the fact John is just ONE of MILLIONS of TORTURED CHILDREN that your evil
society MOLDS into HOMICIDALLY enraged adolescents & adults.

We get a bit of info on John's FAMILY life, and of COURSE he is the VICTIM of
TRAUMATIZATION and BRUTALIZATION, enslaved to a CRIMINAL family at birth. His
NEWESTstepMommy, having known him for only a year, offers a few comments
expressing her uneducated opinion that John is not "capable" of committing
multiple murder, but they are worthless. The UNDENIABLE facts of John's father
being a VIOLENT, drunk, criminal, and raising up his sperm creations to REFLECT
his own inferiority and incompetence to serve as a parent, stand. In a SANE
society, this man would NEVER have been given the legal authority to serve as a
father to any child, under my Mandatory Parental Competency Testing proposals.

So, HOW did the PIGS track John & his gal pal down, a THOUSAND miles away in
TX?? According to one of the below articles: "Authorities were alerted to the
couple's Houston location when 18 year old Dawn tried to buy a pair of running
shoes at a Houston shopping mall. The store tried to verify her personal check
with a Sandusky-area bank, and her name came up in connection with the search."
Interesting, so the PIGS apparently COERCED the bank where Dawn had her
checking account, into INFORMING THEM if Dawn wrote any checks, or if any
information was given to the bank regarding USAGE of her checking account. Big
Brother at work, spitting in the face of the notions of PRIVACY that banks
FALSELY CLAIM to offer their customers.

Stay Strong, John! And you too, Dawn.

Take care, JOE

'Carryout Killer' suspect being returned to Ohio

WENDY L. SCOTT, Morning Journal Writer

May 04, 2000

HOUSTON -- The Sandusky man accused of being the ''Carryout Killer'' and his
female companion could be returning to Ohio today for prosecution, police said.
The pair waived extradition during a hearing yesterday in Harris County
Criminal Court in Houston, Texas.

On Monday, a week-long search for the pair ended at a Houston motel, where
lawmen arrested suspect John Michael Robinson, 22. He is accused of killing two
women and wounding a man in a bloody robbery rampage that began April 21.
Arrested Monday with Robinson was his companion, 18-year-old Dawn Dennis, also
of Sandusky. They are being held at the Harris County Jail.

''They've been no problem whatsoever,'' said Harris County Deputy Ray Coronado.

When Robinson returns to Ohio, he faces trial on an indictment for murder
charges in Sandusky County that could send him to death row if convicted.

Robinson is accused of killing Crystal Pierson, a clerk at the Two Z's
Drive-Thru near Oak Harbor, shooting her in the back of the head during a
robbery on April 21.

Three days later, Robert Hovis, a bartender at The Gables Bar in Fremont, was
forced to fill a bag with money and was shot in the face, but was just grazed
and not seriously injured.

About a half-hour later, Denise Clink, owner of Gene's Carryout in Clyde, was
fatally shot during a robbery.

On April 26, Robinson called the Ottawa County Sheriff's office from Missouri
and denied his involvement in the crimes. He was captured after authorities
were tipped to his whereabouts by a store sales clerk in Houston, according to
Charles Holloway, special agent for the FBI in Sandusky.

Agents surrounded the motel where Robinson and the woman were staying Monday.
Dennis surrendered immediately, and Robinson came out of his room, pointing a
gun in the air, after about 30 minutes of negotiations, according to Holloway.
Officials would not confirm yesterday whether the gun was the same one used in
the shootings.

Sheriff's detectives from Ottawa and Sandusky counties flew to Houston Tuesday
to continue their investigation and to bring Robinson and Dennis back to Ohio.

Robinson was indicted on 13 charges Friday by the Sandusky County grand jury,
including four counts of aggravated murder, three of which carry the
death-penalty specification. Other charges include two counts of murder, and
one count of attempted aggravated murder.

Prosecutors sought multiple indictments for the same crime based on different
theories in the case. Authorities have refused to discuss a motive or say how
they identified a suspect, other than to say they have evidence that points to
Robinson.

Dennis faces charges of obstruction of justice.

Suspect's family history is linked to criminal activity

By STEVE MULLETT
Staff Writer

SANDUSKY -- John Michael Robinson's stepmother, Judy Farrell, said she's known
him for less than a year, but says "he's not capable of what he is accused of."

His father, Scott Farrell, would not comment, so she was speaking for the
family, she said.

Robinson, 22, of Sandusky, returned to northern Ohio on Friday after being
arrested in Houston earlier this week. He faces murder and attempted murder
charges in connection with two drive-thru killings and a non-fatal shooting at
a bar.

"John would give you the shirt off his back," Mrs. Farrell said. "He's such a
sweet guy. He was always good with my little daughter. He would spend a lot of
time with her. It's hard to believe he would do something like this."

Asked whether anyone else in the family has ever been in trouble with the law,
Mrs. Farrell said, "Not that we know of."

But according to the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction, Scott
Farrell entered the Ohio state prison system in 1992 for theft and two counts
of robbery. He was sentenced to nine-30 years in prison, but has been released
on parole.

Farrell's sons, Jason, 20, and Josh, 18, have criminal records as well. In
addition to juvenile charges, Josh Farrell has been arrested for consuming
alcohol under age, and Jason Farrell has been convicted of complicity to commit
assault, according to Assistant Chief Gary Lyons of the Sandusky Police
Department.

Former landlords and friends said Robinson was a quiet character, but got into
fights and displayed aggressive behavior at times. He has had numerous run-ins
with the law unrelated to the shootings, and dropped out of school sometime
shortly after the eighth grade.

Robinson is the father of two, and his older daughter is 6. Mrs. Farrell said
she doesn't have much contact with his kids, but she's heard she is having
trouble understanding what's going on and misses her dad.

Robinson's birth mother, Chris Dillender of Port Clinton, declined comment.

Robinson has two half-brothers and a half-sister by his father, and two
half-sisters by his mother, Mrs. Farrell said. He also has three stepsisters by
Mrs. Farrell, she said.

Accused killer arrives in Fremont

Saturday, May 6, 2000

FREMONT -- John M. Robinson, the Sandusky man accused of killing two women
during convenience store robberies in Ottawa and Sandusky counties, is in
Sandusky County Jail. He and his 18-year-old traveling companion, Dawn Dennis
of Sandusky, were escorted there around 7:50 p.m. Friday after an airplane
flight from Houston, where they were arrested Monday.

Corrections officers at Sandusky County Jail said Robinson and Dennis are being
held in separate cells, segregated from the other 68 inmates due to the
high-profile nature of the case. Arraignment for both was scheduled for this
morning at a time to be announced. The arraignment will either take place in
person at the jail or by video at the Fremont Municipal Court.

Robinson, 1000 block of Winnebago Ave., is charged in the shooting deaths of
Crystal Pierson and Denise L. Clink in separate robberies in April. He is also
accused of shooting Fremont bartender Robert Hovis in the hand and face during
a third robbery attempt.

Dennis, whose last known address with friends in the 2200 block of Fallen
Timbers Drive, is charged with obstruction of justice for helping Robinson
during his run from the law.

Accused killer set to return for trial

Thursday, May 4, 2000

HOUSTON -- "Injection Alley," as Harris County, Texas, is known in some
circles, is sending an accused murderer back to northwest Ohio.

John Michael Robinson, the Sandusky man accused of two area slayings late last
month, is expected to return to Ohio today after waiving his right to fight
extradition Wednesday in Harris County Court-at-Law.

As a muggy morning gave way to thunderstorms in Harris County on Wednesday,
Robinson's 18-year-old traveling companion Dawn Dennis walked into a
wood-paneled courtroom with her arms folded.

Dressed in an orange Harris County Jail uniform, Dennis unfolded her hands only
long enough to sign the documents her lawyer handed her for the extradition.

Despite an armed Harris County deputy waiting to take her away after she'd
given up her right to contest being returned to Ohio, Dennis was polite and
compliant.

"She was anxious to get back and face the charges," said Joe Licata, Dennis'
court-appointed lawyer in Houston.

After Dennis was led to the holding cell, Robinson was brought before Harris
County Judge Sherman A. Ross. A sullen look further darkened the stubble on his
22-year-old face as he sat through the same hearing.

He spoke quietly as Jeff Ludwig, his lawyer, and Harris County District
Attorney Dee McWilliams had him sign the papers that would send him back to
Ohio.

With a hint of a Texas drawl, Ross told Robinson that Ohio had 14 days from
Wednesday to return him to Sandusky County or he would be released.

Sandusky County Sheriff David Gangwer said that won't be a problem.

After being in the courtroom for about four minutes, Robinson was led back to
the holding cell before being returned to the towering Harris County Jail,
where he and Dennis have been since their arrest Monday at a Motel 6 in
Houston.

Neither asked for release on bond.

Meanwhile, three area detectives and Sandusky County Prosecutor John Meyers
spent Wednesday sifting through the contents of the 1989 Dodge Daytona the pair
drove during their week-long run from the law.

Gangwer said there are four or five duffel bags Robinson and Dennis had when
they were arrested. Those will be searched, along with the contents of the car.
As soon as that is done and the witnesses interviewed, the detectives will fly
back to Fremont with Robinson and Dennis, Gangwer said.

Meyers and the local investigators were not at the hearing Wednesday.

Although Gangwer said the two would return to Ohio today, the Harris County
Jail reported Wednesday night they had not been informed of that request.

McWilliams said the pair could have contested being sent back to Ohio, but
chose not to.

If they had fought extradition, authorities would have had 90 days to get a
governor's warrant from Ohio or they would have been released, Licata said.

Robinson, 1000 block of Winnebago Ave., is charged in the shooting deaths of
Crystal Pierson and Denise L. Clink in separate robberies in April. He also
faces felonious assault and aggravated murder charges for allegedly shooting
Fremont bartender Robert Hovis in the hand and face during a third robbery
attempt.

Dennis, whose last known address was with friends in the 2200 block of Fallen
Timbers Drive, is charged with obstruction of justice for helping Robinson
during the flight.

Authorities were alerted to the couple's Houston location when Dennis tried to
buy a pair of running shoes at a Houston shopping mall Monday. The store tried
to verify her personal check with a Sandusky-area bank, and her name came up in
connection with the search.

Robinson may have delivered to stores

Thursday, May 4, 2000
By BETH NASER
Staff Writer

SANDUSKY -- John Michael Robinson may have known more about his alleged victims
than previously thought.

Robinson, 22, may have delivered ice to the three businesses where he is
suspected of killing two carry-out clerks and wounding a bartender.

According to Dean Howman Jr., an employee of Sandusky Ice, Robinson worked for
the company last summer and made deliveries to dozens of area businesses across
the Firelands.

A former employee of Two Z's Drive-Thru in Ottawa County said she saw Robinson
making deliveries to the store four or five times last summer. Two Z's was the
first of the three shooting sites.

Robinson also may have delivered to the other two shooting locations -- Gene's
Drive-Thru in Clyde and The Gables Bar in Fremont, according to a law
enforcement officer familiar with the case.

As a delivery apprentice for the company, Robinson was part of a team that
traveled to businesses in Erie, Ottawa, Huron, Seneca and Sandusky counties,
Howman said.

According to the former Two Z's employee, Robinson didn't have access to the
inside of the building or the safe.

"He was pretty quiet. I remember once talking to him and asking if he needed
help," the former employee said. "I usually didn't talk to him, he just dropped
off the ice, signed the receipt and left."

Nancy Pierson, whose daughter Crystal died in the first shooting, said she
recently became aware Robinson had worked for Sandusky Ice.

"My daughter was just saying she heard he worked for the ice company," she
said.

Howman, who works on equipment at the company's headquarters at 1215 Finch St.,
remembered Robinson, although he didn't know him well.

The deliverers are limited as to where they're allowed to go in an
establishment when making deliveries, Howman said.

"Wherever our ice merchandiser is, that's the only area where they're allowed
to go," he said.

Michael Luc, owner of Luc Ice in Port Clinton, said his ice deliverers usually
have full access to the store during delivery time.

"It all depends on where the ice merchandiser is located in the store to
determine if you go to the front door or the back door," Luc said.

Luc said his delivery people usually take the same route, delivering to the
same stores on a weekly basis. The frequency of the trips depends on how much
ice a business orders in a week.

Other local law enforcement officials declined to comment on any connection
between Robinson, the ice company and the shootings. Ottawa County Prosecutor
Mark Mulligan is advising sheriff's deputies, detectives and others familiar
with the case to not comment on the investigation for fear they will jeopardize
Robinson's chance for a fair trial.
