Over in Washington, an 11 year old boy-slave named Christopher Wood was found
strangled to death last week, his body thrown down an embankment in the woods.
The body was found 7 days ago, and ever since then, detectives have been
investigating the murder. At FIRST glance, the manner in which the body was
found and the location, would suggest the possibility of a stranger abduction
type of crime, but police appear convinced that the actual killer is slave
Christopher's very own Daddy, who has already been arrested on a totally
unrelated theft charge.
A large team of detectives are stoll canvassing the rural neighborhood where
our slave lived, looking for clues and evidence. But cops say that Daddy Robert
is the ONLY "person of interest" that they have identified as a suspect. Just
two DAYS before slave Christopher was found strangled, the family home had been
DESTROYED by fire. After the fire, Daddy Robert reported his slave as missing.
Fire investigators say it appears VERY likely that this blaze was deliberately
set by someone, and once again, Daddy Robert is the PRIME and only suspect. He
probably set the fire AFTER killing slave Christopher, as a way to try and
cover up the murder.
Interviewed by the media in his prison cell two days ago, our 43 year old
slaveowner insisted that he had nothing to do with causing his son's murder.
Guess what folks? Daddy Robert's ex-wife, the Mommy of our murdered slave, is
continuing to DEFEND him in an outspoken manner, declaring that she is
convinced that her former copulation partner is innocent. She states: "I just
want everyone to know I don't think Bob did it. I've never seen Bob get rough
with me or the kids.'' Isn't that nice, an EX-wife coming to the defense of her
hubby, and gladly rejecting powerful evidence and the police assumption that he
did indeed slaughter her womb excretion. So what?? Truth is WORTHLESS in your
diseased society, and dead subhuman slaves are easily forgotten, as you humans
are taught to "move on in life and focus on the future". I bet that Daddy
Robert, who most likely killed the 11 year old slave out of HATRED for his
ex-wife,m and wanting to hurt her, must be getting quite a few chuckles out of
the fact that she is now defending him & proclaiming her belief in his
innocence.
Looks like cops don't quite have enough evidence to charge Daddy Robert with
the murder as of right now, and that's why they are still engaged in an
intensive investigation, looking for more clues & incriminating evidence. They
clearly are NOT looking for any other suspect, and are convinced of Daddy's
guilt.
Interestingly, Christopher had FIVE sisters and one brother, but Daddy Robert
ONLY targeted him for death.
Take care, JOE

Sheriff assigns eight more detectives in hunt for killer of 11-year-old boy
Jonathan Martin and Angie Gaddy - The Spokesman-Review
Spokane
The hunt for Christopher Wood's killer intensified Wednesday, with a beefed-up
team of detectives going door to door in search of clues in the boy's Newman
Lake neighborhood.
The Spokane County Sheriff's Department pulled all available detectives off
their regular duty to temporarily assist the investigation.
Eight detectives from sex and property crime units have joined the five already
assigned to the case.
That makes Christopher's killing the county's highest-priority criminal
investigation, surpassing the nine-detective task force chasing Spokane's
serial killer.
By canvassing the boy's suburban neighborhood, detectives hope to turn up new
witnesses.
``There's still a lot of unanswered questions,'' sheriff's Capt. John Simmons
said. ``We're hoping that by dumping a lot of manpower into this we can answer
these questions in a more rapid fashion.''
The 11-year-old boy's body was found last Thursday, halfway down a snow-covered
embankment near Deer Lake, about 40 miles north of Spokane. An autopsy showed
he had been strangled.
Two days earlier, Christopher's home at 5711 N. Blue Skies Road was destroyed
by fire and he was reported missing. Arson investigators have called the blaze
``suspicious.''
The boy's father, Robert J. Wood, is the only ``person of interest'' in the
killing and fire. He is being held in the county jail in lieu of $100,000 cash
bail on an unrelated theft charge.
In jail interviews Tuesday, the 43-year-old roofing contractor said he had
nothing to do with his son's killing.
On Wednesday, sheriff's detectives stomped through slushy streets near the Wood
home, asking neighbors if they saw anything suspicious the morning of Feb. 9,
when the fire was reported, or the night before.
They're also asking anyone who used Dennison-Chattaroy Road -- a connector
between U.S. Route 2 and 395 -- between 7:30 a.m. and noon on Feb. 9 to call
Crime Check at 456-2233. Wood, who was driving a white Chevrolet Silverado
extended-cab pickup, is believed to have taken that route.
Investigators revisited the Wood home Wednesday afternoon, removing evidence
related to the theft case, Detective Gary Redmond said.
The additional detectives will be assigned to the case until they're finished
canvassing the neighborhood, Deputy Dave Reagan said.
Memo: It's possible detectives missed a valuable witness during earlier
interviews in the neighborhood, he said.
Memo: Neighbors said detectives were asking basic questions, such as ``What did
you see that morning?'' and ``Have you seen anyone suspicious in the
neighborhood?''
``Everyone talks about it, but I figure let the police figure it out,'' said
Joe Bollman, who lives a block north of the Wood home.
Despite the heightened investigation, Wood's ex-wife, Christopher's mother,
continues to defend him.
``I just want everyone to know I don't think Bob did it,'' said Jolynne Wood of
Colville. ``I've never seen Bob get rough with me or the kids.''

Eight more detectives placed on case
By NICHOLAS K. GERANIOS
The Associated Press
02/18/99
SPOKANE (AP) -- Hundreds of people attended a memorial service for 11-year-old
Christopher Wood as eight more detectives were assigned to the investigation to
identify his killer.
Robert Wood, 43, the boy's father, remained in jail after being formally
charged Wednesday with first-degree theft in an unrelated case involving a
former employer.
The boy's mother, Jolynne, who is divorced from Robert Wood told KREM
Television on Wednesday she is convinced her former husband is not the killer.
"There's no way any of us think Bob did this to Christopher," she said. "I just
can't even imagine that."
The mother has speculated that her son might have been abducted by a stranger.
The father is considered the only "person of interest" in the strangulation of
his son, Spokane County sheriff's officers have said.
The memorial service at the school the boy attended in suburban Newman Lake
drew family members, neighbors and classmates.
"I want to just say, `Goodbye, my dear little student,' " said Meg Elyard, his
fifth-grade teacher.
The case began when Wood's upscale home was destroyed in a suspicious fire the
morning of Feb. 9. Wood said he last saw his son preparing for school about
8:20 a.m. that day.
Eight sheriff's detectives were added Wednesday to the five previously assigned
to the case. They canvassed Newman Lake, asking whether anyone might have seen
anything strange last week.
"We are looking for everybody that might have seen Chris leave the house, not
leave the house, a strange vehicle in the neighborhood," sheriff's spokesman
Dave Reagan said.
Detectives have said they don't have enough evidence to recommend a charge
against Wood, a roofing contractor and father of six.
In jailhouse interviews this week, he denied any involvement in the death of
his son.
Detectives are also looking for anyone who saw Wood's white pickup truck along
Dennison-Chattaroy Road, north of Spokane, the morning of Feb. 9.
There was no sign of the boy after the fire was extinguished, and his father
speculated he might have fled for fear of being blamed for the blaze.
Investigators have not determined how the fire started but have termed it
suspicious.
On Thursday, the boy's body was found 56 miles away along a rural road near
Deer Lake. His backpack was found at another location.
Wood was arrested the same day in the theft case, which involves about $100,000
in money and items reported missing from a former employer. He is being held on
a $100,000 cash bond, unusually high for a theft charge.
The judge who set the bail said he considered Wood a flight risk, based on
information in a request for a search warrant of the family's home and Wood's
truck. Those documents have been sealed.

Christopher Wood laid to rest
By Amy Lehtonen
COLVILLE, WA February 16 - Those who loved him and those who barely knew him
sat side by side, remembering a boy who’s death has shocked a community.
One week after 11-year-old Christopher Wood turned up missing, a tearful
memorial service was held as many come to grips with the fact he is never
coming back. His funeral was held Tuesday morning at the L.D.S. church in
Colville.
Chris' funeral had many of his friends grieving in the arms of their parents.
“He was a really nice kid, always had fun, never down. He was good at
sports, mostly all of them,” says neighbor Kristen Lewis.
Chris’ funeral had many of his friends grieving in the arms of their
parents. “I’ve had a hard time all week. Just the fact it’s a child, you just
can’t take them for granted,” says Cheri Lewis, a parent of Chris’ friend.
One sign in the church says “Chris we want you back.”
Chris leaves behind five sisters, and one brother.

I find it most fascinating that the family home was burned on the same day
the boy disappeared. Perhaps you are correct about daddy setting the house
on fire to cover up having killed the boy but I'm wondering if perhaps daddy
killed the boy because the boy set fire to the house. Age 11 is a good clue,
boys at that age are usually interested in making fire and perhaps this boy
was too.

>Interesting story Joe, thanks for posting it.
Hello glas,
My pleasure. I'm a posting dynamo, only wish I had the time to squeeze in
even 20% of the fascinating news items I find in my cyberspace searches.
>I find it most fascinating that the family home was burned on the same day

That's an interesting theory and possibility. I certainly can't rule it out,
but I do think that my scanario is significantly more likely to be accurate
than yours is. Most homes have a mortgage on them, which means that decent
homeowner's insurance is automatically in place, and you would expect such
insurance to cover an "arson" fire set by a child. Based upon these facts, it's
a little hard to envision an otherwise "caring" Daddy losing control and
becoming enraged/homicidal enough to manually strangle his little firebug of a
son just because he burned down the house. But like I said, your scenario
cannot be ruled out.
>Age 11 is a good clue,

It's possible the 11 year old set the fire. But if I was a betting man, I'd
be willing to fork over 10 grand in a bet that he did NOT set the blaze.
Take care, JOE
