Weeks ago, I did post a brief news item concerning a mentally retarded Mommy
named Tammy Marie Hyslop, aged 29, who had FOUR of her womb excretions seized
by the State due to PROVEN incompetence and inferiority, but was allowed to
maintain possession of a fourth slave, and eventually violently shaking the 23
month old toddler to death.
Mommy Tammy was in court yesterday, facing a charge of murder, as well as
murder by child abuse. A judge ordered her to be committed to a state mental
hospital for awhile, where she will be tested to determine whether or not she
is competent to stand trial. In reading the below wire report, we see what
TOTAL and COMPLETE disregard your pathetic sociey has for the safety, welfare,
and lives, of all child-slaves.
This 29 year old woman had already LOST custody of THREE different creations,
due to a DETERMINATION being made that in each case, she was too incompetent,
unqualified, or abusive, to be entrusted with the care of any of the 3
children. And yet she was allowed to KEEP the 4th slave, due to the fact that
your INSANE and malevolent society imposes a BURDEN of PROOF as to
incompetency, upon the State. Even in a case like this one, where Mommy Tammy's
competence wasalready been DEMONSTRATED to be unacceptably low.
Our Mommy has an IQ of about 70. In court yesterday, under questioning by the
judge, our retarded slaveowner declared: "I don't know what a trial is. I don't
know what a crime is. I don't understand the idea of innocent until proven
guilty." The judge then pointed out who the deputy district attorney was, in
the courtroom. Five minutes later, she ASKED our retard to IDENTIFY the deputy
district attorney that had been pointed out to her. She was unable to do so.
All she could tell the judge about the slave that she murdered was: "I just
feel bad about this. It was my daughter." This is the type of adult human that
YOUR perverse society CHOOSES, with full malice, to enslave helpless children
to. the depth of disdain, scorn, and worthlessness that your society and you
humans who are members of society, feel towards all child-slaves, is
beautifully illustrated in this case history.
Your society CHOOSES to impose no type of Mandatory Parental Competency
Testing. It chooses to establish an insane "burden of proof" upon the State,
with regard to seizing children from their creators. It chooses to
AUTOMATICALLY give possession of all children to their creators. Enslaving them
to totally unscreened and unevaluated adults, KNOWING full well that hundreds
of thousands of children will be brutalized or murdered every year, SOLELY due
to this perverse society plicy, law, edict, and CHOICE. This is what makes your
society far more EVIL, IMMORAL,and perverse, than ANY individual serial or mass
killer or other predator, could ever hope to be.
When she shook slave Kathy to death. Mommy Tammy was pregnant with her sixth
slave. she has since given birth, in prison. She chose to give this NEW slave
the EXACT same name, first and middle, of the 23 month old slave that she
murdered just a few months earlier. The State has assumed TEMPORARY custody of
the newborn, but yesm you guessed it, Mommy Tammy's Sacred Parental Rights over
this new slave have NOT been severed in any permanent fashion. Of course not!
After all, she is only a retard, accused of one murder, who has lost custody of
three of her other slaves, who cannot understand the meaning of the words
"trial" and "crime". That doesn't automatically make her UNQUALIFIED to be
entrusted with the care and raising of a helpless human child. Amazing, how
perversely malevolent your society truly is!
Should Mommy Tammy be criminally prosecuted? Of course NOT. She is a VICTIM
of your society. She is not guilty of murder. Your society is 100% guilty of
choosing to enable, facilitate, and cause, this murder to occur. Mommy Tammy is
just as much a victim as the dead 23 month old. In a rational society, she
would have been given an IQ test as part of the Mandatory Parental Competency
tests, when she was pregnant with her FIRST child. Her score of 70 would have
resulted in her receiving a PERMANENT failing grade on the test, since it is
basically impossible for an adult to improve one's IQ, and so all six of Mommy
Tammy's newborns would simply have been seized from her witrhin hours of birth,
and all of her parental rights terminated. End result: No dead slaves and no
murder charge for our inferior adult baby factory.

Mother accused of shaking toddler to death hospitalized

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) -- A woman accused of shaking her toddler to death will
undergo mental health treatment at Oregon State Hospital to see whether she can
assist in her own legal defense.
Tammy Marie Hyslop, 29, appeared Tuesday in Multnomah County Circuit Court,
where Judge Kimberly Frankel ordered the treatment.
Hyslop is borderline mentally retarded, with an IQ somewhere between 68 to 71,
Frankel said.
Hyslop's 23-month-old daughter, Kathy Garcia, died July 20 of blunt-force head
and spinal trauma, or shaken baby syndrome. Police arrested Hyslop five days
later. She is charged with murder and murder by abuse.
During questioning by Frankel on Tuesday, Hyslop said she didn't know what a
trial was, didn't know what a crime was and didn't understand the idea of
innocent until proven guilty.
Five minutes after Frankel explained who the deputy district attorney was,
Hyslop could not identify him among the people in the courtroom.
Hyslop told the judge she was taking medication for depression and inability to
sleep.
"I just feel bad about this," Hyslop said. "It was my daughter."
At the time her daughter died, three of Hyslop's four other children were
either in the care of relatives or had been adopted. Hyslop's 3-year-old son,
who also had lived with her, has been placed in another home.
Since she has been in jail, Hyslop gave birth to another child. She named the
baby Kathy Marie Garcia, the same name as the dead child. A pro tem judge
awarded the state temporary custody of the girl.

In a Truly rational society, she would of been sterilized, thus preventing the
problem in the first place. Obviously she also would not be allowed to adopt or
be a foster mother either, due to her mental incapacity.

Hello Evl,
I support the offering of sterilization to inferior/incompetent adults. I
support the payment of money as a way to ENTICE/encourage inferior/incompetent
adults to get themselves sterilized. However, in all but the most severe and
extreme cases, I do NOT support forced sterilization OVER Mandatory parental
Competency testing. If such mandatory testing were in place, I would certainly
support it, OVER forced sterilization.
The fact is, society CAN easily impose mandatory competency testing, and
seize the newborns of all who fail the tests. Society chooses not to do so. I
respect the sacredness of one's individual body. Forced sterilization does
VIOLATE that sacredness, in a way that seizing newborn children does not.

That is of course totally accurate. This type of Inferior human should be
permanently barred from ever gaining possession over any child. That means she
cannot possess her womb excretions, she cannot adopt, she cannot be employed as

70's which would be a mental age between 11 and 12 1/2. They were capable of
working and they certainly knew all the basic things of life like crime,
punishment, jail, etc. Do you know any 11 or 12 year olds who don't know what
a trial is? Do you think there is an 11 or 12 year old other than one who has
been locked in a closet all his or her life that doesn't know what a crime is!?
Do you think a child that age wouldn't understand the words innocent and
guilty? Give me a break!
