Will New Jersey Gas Rob Marshall

I would like to knowe just How close is Blind Faith Killer Robert O
Marshall to being put in the Trenton Gas Chamber . Marshall was
sentenced to Die for the Contract Murder of His Wife Marie 38 . He paid
2 Men from Texas to kill her with a 357 Magnum in a fake car jacking .
The motive was to collect Her large astate and run off with a women he
was going out with.

Yes Debb,

The son is Robbie (pronounced RO BEE). I think he met Tracey Gold while he was
in Hollywood working as an advisor on the TV movie "Blind Faith." They were
together for several yrs., thru some of her eating disorder problems. Anyway,
People magazine provides me with this wisdom. See Granny's post for more
substantive info.

I saw the movie but I hadn't heard anything about this guy (appeals or
anything) so I assumed he was commuted to a life sentence by now. BTW, gassing
people is a method of execution used almost exclusively by western and a few
southern states. The eastern states used to all have electric chairs which I
think is a barbaric method of killing people.

Yes, the same guy. the actual triggerman in this case was never prosecuted.

Rob Marshall is still on death row in NJ...which uses lethal injection as its
form of administering the DP...though it still hasn't executed anyone yet
(Marshall was one of the first convicted and sentenced to death under NJ's then
relatively new DP law). His appeals are still on-going and yes, NJ's DP law is
being challenged.

BTW, the movie, Blind Faith, was just on TV this past weekend. The two men
hired to kill Marshall's wife were from Louisiana. Ricky Dew was tried as the
gunman but was acquitted and Ferlin L'Heureux was given immunity to testify
against Dew and Marshall. Felice Rosenberg...Marshall's mistress...also
received immunity to testify about her knowledge of Marshall's plans to kill
Maria Marshall (Marshall had asked her if she knew of anyone who could "take
care of it.")

He's still death row.
