Robert Marshall is still on death row in New Jersey. However
there is a case coming before the NJ Supreme Court on whether the
death penalty is racially biased and there is a possibility that the
dp will be abolished in NJ. There has not been an execution in
NJ in 33 years..

Yes Debb,
The son is Robbie (pronounced RO BEE). I think he met Tracey Gold while he was
in Hollywood working as an advisor on the TV movie "Blind Faith." They were
together for several yrs., thru some of her eating disorder problems. Anyway,
People magazine provides me with this wisdom. See Granny's post for more
substantive info.

Yes, the same guy. the actual triggerman in this case was never prosecuted.
Kathy
BTW, the movie, Blind Faith, was just on TV this past weekend. The two men
hired to kill Marshall's wife were from Louisiana. Ricky Dew was tried as the
gunman but was acquitted and Ferlin L'Heureux was given immunity to testify
against Dew and Marshall. Felice Rosenberg...Marshall's mistress...also
received immunity to testify about her knowledge of Marshall's plans to kill
Maria Marshall (Marshall had asked her if she knew of anyone who could "take
care of it.")

He's still death row.
