There is a valve on the fuel rail (looks like a tire valve).

Pop the Crash Switch "under the passenger side dash outboard kick panel"
while the truck is running.

There should be a release valve, a Shraeder(sp)-type valve on the fuel line
near the intake manifold. Depress the pin on the valve (with engine off) and a
little fuel will squirt out, thus depressurizing the system. Tack customary
fuel precautions, i.e. don't smoke, do it outside, etc.

And since you're too cheap to get a chilton's manual, that'll be $24.95 for the
advice.

on the inside fire wall to the left of the brake or clutch pedal is the
inertia switch with a reset button. pop the reset button up with a small
screwdriver, then start the engine and let it run until it dies, then it
is depressurized. when you're done, press the button back down, may take
a few seconds to get the fuel pressure back.
