Carl Moreland, the skeptic who wrote the report on the RT Examiner and called it a dowsing instrument has clarified the matter on Treasurenet.

At that link you will read the following from Carl re the Rangertell Examiner Vekta, the latest unit from RT.
A user from New Zealand, called John has posted an article that shows how successful he has been using the Vekta in subsurface locating.
Carl posted:
'John, didja tell Mr. Blanes that the Vekta is an ionic detector? I don't think he knows. He probably thinks it's a dowsing rod or sumthin silly like that.'
This means that his report has dropped off the branch having rotted over the years for want of evidence.
You see, it was Carl that claimed it was a dowsing rod & that was all, in his defamatory report.
I hope he hasn't got Alzheimers.
