If long range locators actually worked for people, there would
be no treasures left in the ground.

In fact, LRLs are nothing but a hoax, conjured up many years ago
to rob folks of their ready cash in exchange for a worthless do-
nothing piece of junk.

You make an excellent point, Herman. It would be interesting
know how many millions of dollars have been wasted on worthless
LRL contraptions, with the intent of finding lost treasure.
Perhaps the wasted dollars would amount to more than the value
of all the treasures still not located.
