I see the Rian Air web site now advertises their MasterCard Pre-Paid card
which is issued via Newcastle Building Society.
Applying for it seems to have to be done without seeing the full terms and
conditions, but Rian Air spokesman says its good, so that's alright then.
It is available to Irish and UK residents.

It appears to be similar to the Caxtonfx card, also issued via the Newcastle
Building Society. The only differences I can see are that one has an
application charge while the other
an closure charge. Caxtonfx let you see the terms and conditions, but as it
is the same origin I guess they are both similar.

I got the Casxtonx card in 3 days, the main downside is that you need 110
to get it up and running with an initial charge. It will also charge 1,50 a
time used in the UK.
Which presumably be what a Rhiannon Air purchase will be.

It is web operated and not a credit card under the buyer protection laws.
