my name is Susan and I'm a student from Germany.
I'm looking for information about Canadian newspapers because I'd like to
compare the language used in different up-market, mid-market and
down-market papers.
If you think you have some information for me (names of newspapers and
knowledge if they are quality papers or tabloids ,etc.) and you are looking
for something similar, too, perhaps we can share what we know !?!

- The Vancouver Sun: every morning (it's a daily paper in BC).
- The Richmond Review: 2 times a week (distributed twice a week in
Richmond, a Vancouver suburb).
- The Richmond News: 2 times a week (distributed twice a week in
Richmond, a Vancouver suburb).
- The Georgia Straight: I try to pick one up when it comes out once a
week, but I usually end up reading the same paper about 3 times a week.
(it's a weekly arts & entertainment paper in Vancouver).
- The National post: I tend to flip through it every morning (it's a
Canada-wide daily paper).
- The Province: Once a week (it's the only daily paper in BC that
prints on Sundays).
