Can anyone give me some sort of update or more details about this event?
Thanks.... :-)

It was a pretty depressing disgusting news story to read.

Hmmmm. Our local rag had her cross-living as Brandon Teena,
even though her real name was Teena Brandon. The article also
mentioned that police had no motive. But then our paper seldom
gets things right anyway; they don't even report rapes in the
paper here in River City... 8-(
(And yes, Rochester is the #1 City according to Money. It is
to laugh. Have a day.)

DTLINE FALLS CITY, Neb.
HEADLINE Bizarre twist to 3 murders; SHE POSED AS A HE
BYLINE BY AP
Two men accused of attacking a woman who posed as a man were
charged yesterday with murdering her and two other people at a
farmhouse.
John Lotter and Marvin Nissen, both of Falls City, were charged
with three counts each of first-degree murder in Friday's slayings
of Teena Brandon, Lisa Lambert and Phillip DeVine.
* Brandon had posed as a man named Brandon Teena and dated women in
this town of about 1,000 residents until her identity became known
after she was arrested on alcohol and forgery charges. She was
killed two weeks later.
Richardson County Attorney Douglas Merz has declined to comment on
a possible motive but said he did not believe Brandon's sexual
identity was behind the killings.
Lotter, 22, also was arraigned on charges of kidnapping and
sexually assaulting Brandon on Christmas Day.
Brandon, 21, moved to the area about three months ago from Lincoln
and lived with Lambert, 23, and Lambert's infant son, Tanner, at the
farmhouse. The baby was at the farmhouse during the killings but was
not hurt.
