Yep, you guessed it YOU and me through increases in taxation of some sort.

Apart from that fact that everyone in the country would have to pay extra
even if they dont use the bridges/tunnels!!!

Thats fair aint it?

Maybe we should stop car parking charges and increase income tax for
everyone.

Maybe we should reduce fuel taxation and increase income tax so everyone
pays it.

How about road tax too?

Where would we end?
