It's the law: ANY working cel phone in the USA by law MUST be able to
access the police via dialling 911. I have called 911 numerous times to
report dangerous/reckless driving and other criminal acts on the part of
suspected illegal aliens. Examples of common occurences involving
suspected illegal aliens which I witness often and report to the police
via 911 and occasionally using my "active" cell phone:
-- suspected drunk driving (car all over the road/driving on
shoulder/extremely slow or fast)
-- running red lights and stop signs
-- extreme tailgaiting
-- observing driver/occupants drinking what appear to be alcoholic
beverages
-- driver/occupants throwing items out of window[s] of moving vehicle
-- worktrucks (typically badly-maintained and dilapidated) carrying
unsecured industrial materials
-- occupants flashing gang signs to passers-by and/or other motorists
These are but a few of the types of things I report to the police in
the interest of public safety.
I urge my fellow Americans to start doing likewise, whether as I do
anonymously or via their "active" (i.e. currently under subscription
service) cell phones.
Remember: by contacting 911 to report non-immigration-related illegal
activiity on the parts of suspected illegal alien drivers (and
pedestrians, I hasten to add) the life you save COULD be your own or
that of one of your loved ones who, if you hadn't made the call, might
run down/rape/murder you or them at some future date.

Do you ever use it to report your own stupidity?
You know what I would enjoy? You getting sued for falsley reporting some
act. You actually have to have a reason to report something, no reason, no
report. No reason, report it anyway, you can get sued.
