Where/Who made the Transformers Cartoons?

The G1 Cartoon I believe was made by Sunbow and Marvel in NYC.
BW/BM was made by Mainframe entertainment in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
Can someone confirm these?

Yup and yup. Though technically Sunbow was the name of Marvel Comics'
animation arm at the time.
The actual animating of the G1 cartoons was subcontracted to various firms
in Japan and Korea, most notably Tokyo Movie shinsha (which animated the
awesome "Call of the Primitives," as well as the MIGHTY ORBOTS TV show,
various episodes of TINY TOON ADVENTURES and ANIMANICS!, and other stuff).
