Howdy, ATT. I'm looking to expand my collection of Transformers
artwork with original comic pages. If anyone has any for sale, I'm
paying top dollar. Please write to me at jim_sorenson, which is at
hotmail.com (pardon my spamblock).

Hope to hear from you soon!

While I'm not looking to sell mine, it might be a good thread
idea :) for those that have some to list what they have. That way,
there can be some sort of semblance of an idea of what pieces still
exist (As Marvel UK tended to be pilfered.) and who to ask after the
funerals <G> to make sure they remain for the world to see.

I started this, so, I'll start. :>

Issue #152, Enemy Action Part 1, Page 8 by Jeff Anderson.
US issue #78, A Savage Circle, Page 9 by Andy Wildman.
(Signed by Furman, Wildman, and Tokar.)

US issue #66, last page, signed by Geoff Senior.

(And it rules.)

I, um, have the Death's Head "High Noon Tex" one-page story that was used a
lot in ads for the DH series in the TFUK comic, and which was done so Marvel
rather than Hasbro would have the rights to the character. (Bloody lot of
good it did the guy.) Art by the now-highly-regarded Bryan Hitch, and
signed to me by Simon Furman. Does that count?

I hate you.

And, yes, I think that that strip is probably Furman's biggest mistake. Even
though he probably wouldn't have been able to use him anyway had he first
appeared in TF, at least we would have been spared DHII.

Not selling either, but I picked up TF #65, pages 14 & 15 at BotCon a few years ago
(signed by Geoff Senior). They were fun to travel home with, while keeping them
flat. :-)

I like how you can see the touch-ups on the pages... some of the dialog changed a bit
as well as the perspective on Thunderwing's head.

Oh, that was you! :> I remember back after (What was it, BotCon
1997 or 1998?) it was listed in someone's con haul here.

I say Death's Head count as Transformers canon, so, go ahead and
list it. :) Of course, I also list most of G.I. Joe, Secret Wars II,
Godzilla, SHIELD, and Spider-Man as part of the Transformers
universe, too, along with Richard Branson. <G>

Yeah, I had to carry my page from #78 on a plane! :) The UK
page I was able to get flat mailed from the post service at BotCon
2000 or 2001, I forget which.

I like how the word balloons and sound effects can easily start
to peel off. :>
