Alright, lets clarify here. George...Night Vision at Lost Years. Yes, I'm
letting everyone know who you are here... Tis time I spoke up, since you
bluntly attacked me. Joke or no.

The Names issue, is settled, done, kapuut. No Earth names. Why? LY is set
Four Million Years in the past... Names that were created by humans, just
don't exist... And I mean names that are objects or concepts that can only
exist on Earth. There are names, that will pass, simply because they can be
explained to exist on other planets, and we use the English translation on the
mush, instead of creating an entire Cybertronian language:P
Names like Lotus...Will Not Pass. Why? Its a biological flower that only
exist on Earth.

Now, lets point this out. Do NOT classify the Lost Years admin just because
you disagree with two of us. Especially since I am no longer Admin there since
retiring. Do not insult at all, especially in a public forum, it only makes
people think you are small minded. Why? Because you say 'they suck' At no
time have I told you to shutup over yer opinion, in fact I debated it for some
time with you, on several occassions. I won't change my view, nor would you,
my reasoning be because it was the policy of Lost Years. And as such, I had to
enforce it and explain it. If you don't like the policy, then...well to bad,
because the bit about realism is what is strived for, human/earth names won't
fly there. I'm sorry you can't accept that, and ended up sayin' we suck, even
in jest, because after you did, you went on insulting us...me... in your posts
afterwards.

NV, if you would, I'd like to try and work this out...you know where to find
me.

Why would I care? Why do you assume I want to remain secret?

Fair enough. Whether I meant it nicely doesn't matter

You've missed the WHOLE POINT of my argument, haven't you? I know that.
What my point was is that I refuse to believe your definition of
"Earthy" is correct. That Earth names shouldn't exist, I have no
problem: I don't want to see chars called "McDonalds" or "Chevrolet".
But I question how you can say "Lotus" is an Earth name since it is
a breed of flowed. Since, as you pointed out to me, the G1 comic and
cartoon are our canon (ignoring that Zobovor pointed out that they
include biologial life on Cybertron) then I feel if "Hound" or
"Jazz" are valid, so should "Lotus"

Excuse me? You blocked your channel and plain ignored me later
on because I wasn't approving with the "official" opinion.
You talk of a recnet change in charstaff and their opinions:
how do you get changes in opinion if you don't discuss it?

> I won't change my view, nor would you,

But the policy has logically changed, to cause this problem.
So exactly what happened? Did your view only change on an
astral plane or something? :-) Seriously, Uproar, arguments
and flames aren't good, but without opposing views a MUSH
would stagnate.

> And as such, I had to enforce it and explain it.

Did you? Exactly what gives you that duty, Uproar?

Again, you seem to miss my point. I am questioning your take
on realism. And, while it doesn't make me right, I'm not alone.

> I'm sorry you can't accept that,

I'm sorry you can't even understand my argument.

(TLY debate snipped.. I'm NOT getting involved in that!)

George, a word of advice. If you EVER see another 'How to win friends' book
written by either me or Raksha, just pass it on by, okay? ;)

Can't imagine why. :-)

I might buy it, for the same reason I bought "Transking's Price
Guide". :-)
