Convoy:
Silas scanned Optimus at the end, which was how MECH were able to make
Nemesis Prime later, right?

Crossfire:
How did Arachnid shoot that horizontal thread of webbing that caught
Breakdown's hammer-arm, when she was laying on the ground below him at
the time?

How did Megatron and the other Decepticons know that Breakdown died if
MECH recovered his remains after Arachnid killed him?

Armada:
Why couldn't Bulkhead have radioed Autobot base? Weren't there other
episodes where the Autobots could radio their base while on the
Nemesis?

Why did the Insecticons come to obey Megatron after Arachnid was put
in stasis?

Tunnel Vision:
Why didn't the Decepticons just tear Manhattan apart for the first
relic? Did they think a possible human-retaliation would interfere
somewhat with the mission?

Also, when/how did Megatron get the Hammer of Solas Prime relic
again? It's mentioned in the ATT Triage episode review thread below,
and am trying to recall where it came from.

And finally, did Silas have some kind of super-ability, prior to his
organic body being severely-damaged? In the "Convoy" episode, he
"sees what really happened inside the tunnel" while talking to Fowler,
then somehow "sees when Jack had lifted a gun off him earlier" in
"Crisscross."
