RM 18, 19, 20 translated tech specs

I already posted these on Allspark, but here are the RM Tech Specs and
package write-ups for Road Rocket, Doubleface, Delta Seeker, and
X-Gunner! Discussion is appreciated. Enjoy!

RM-18: Road Rocket

Package story:
The war between the armies of the heroic Cybertrons and evil Destrons
continues...
The Cybertrons warriors receive report of the discovery of a mass
quantity of Solitarium. The bearer of the information is the newly
enlisted Doubleface.

The location of the discovery is Jarr (Charr), a planet in the far
reaches of the galaxy that was once the birthplace of Road Rocket. G-1
Convoy's squad head to Jarr, but there before them are Beast Megatron
and his soldiers, launching an attack on Doubleface. Road Rocket
immediately strikes a counteroffensive on the Destrons, rescuing
Doubleface. But inexplicably, at that moment Doubleface turns to attack
the Cybertrons! Road rocket jumps to the defense of his allies,
standing off against Doubleface. What could the true identity of
Doubleface be!?

Road Rocket: "Now's the time for me to show you! These are the
results of ninja training!"

Function: Assassin

Profile: Came from the planet Jarr to bodyguard for Convoy and his
troops. In order to boost his skills, he devotes himself to ninja
training in the mountain recesses of Japan. His standard speed is 380
km/hr, but using ninjutsu he can attain a top speed of 620 km/hr for a
duration of 8 seconds.

RM-19: Doubleface

"Why do I meddle with you, you ask? It's because I enjoy it."

Function: Double spy

Profile: Despite a quiet exterior, deep within his heart lurk sinister
thoughts. Housed within him is the communication system "Shadow and
Bright," which is made useful in negotiations. His weapon, the
Shaftbreaker, has such power that being cast in its mysterious light
causes the opponent's nerve systems to be entirely severed.

RM-20: Delta Seeker vs. X-Gunner

Package story:
The war between the armies of the heroic Cybertrons and evil Destrons
continues...
Delta Seeker and X-Gunner were once good friends. Both of them were
born in the Linuf district of the Transformers' home planet,
Cybertron. Although they enlisted together in the Cyberjet aerial
battalion, due to their different mentalities, X-Gunner withdrew and
joined the Destrons. Between the combat maniac X-Gunner, who went so
far as to restructure his body in the name of strength, and Delta
Seeker, who seeks to set him straight, a spectacular battle among
former friends now begins....

Delta Seeker: "Open your eyes, X-Gunner! Real strength is something
inside a heart of justice!"

X-Gunner: "You're so naïve, Delta Seeker. Strength is what you
glimpse within violence!"

Function: Pursuit

A member of the Cyberjet aerial battalion, his wide variety of unique
skills, teleportation among them, have earned him the moniker "the
battlefield magician." As a former friend to X-Gunner, he has
thoughts of trying to return X-Gunner to the Cybertrons.

X-Gunner
Function: Aerial gunner

A born combat maniac who seeks out a place on the battlefield.
Relentlessly desiring to upgrade his body, he has taken after stalking
Delta Seeker for his Arm Gauntlet (right arm cannon).
