TFBronze Artwork: Would YOU buy it?

well, I'm taking bronzecasting this semester. It's pretty excellent
to be working in such a media, to say the least. I've been having fun
with art, and totally stoked when someone actually asks for something
that i'm handing out for free, or even offers to pay for something
i've designed/made (generally bumperstickers, or stencil-painted
shirts) But there comes a time in an artist's life when they just
want to make a living off of doing what they love(you know, before
they stop loving it and just sell out). I'm going to be making
Transformers tsuba (the guard on a katana/samurai sword) and possibly
some beltbuckles out of bronze. These would be somewhat easy to make
molds of, and i'd be starting multiple auctions at the cost of the
materials, plus about 10 dollars. I'm also going to do an Optimus
Prime bust this semester, but that's just for me. Though I do plan on
getting into more complex mold-making later this semester or next.
Please, for the love of Prime, respond to this post. Whether it's to
say "Hey, i'd shell out 15-30 bucks in a heartbeat for some original
TF bronzework" or "God, TF tsuba(s)? That's the dumbest idea i've
ever heard!" I'd probably throw in a stencilled t-shirt with it for
free as the packaging material (assuming you don't mind wearing shirts
i bought at a thrift store) By the way, i'll never sell out like a
pretentious artist or rockstar, i want to make a living, not make a
killing. If i do, you can punch me with some Decepticon brass
(bronze) knuckles that you bought from me before i was a jerk.

It's an interesting idea, but at a guess, I'd say the potential market for
Transformers belt buckles and the like is fairly limited.
Now, say, if you were to offer metal reproductions of Transformers toy
accessories... or here's a wild idea, instead of bronzing your baby's first
pair of shoes, I would love to see a bronzing service for Transformers toys.
Send in your figure, and it gets coated with electrum. (Or a reasonably visual
equivalent, anyhoo.) Personally, I'd be very interested in such an endeavour.
I don't know how practical any of that is, of course, but I'd pay money for
something along those lines. Naturally, this is just my own opinion.
