Cool!
I had no idea they had toys... I gotta check that out. I've been starving
for new stuff.
Brandon.
t.k.
Bleah, the Superstores closest to me is at least an hour's drive away. I
always knew they carried toys, like the usual Spiderman assortments... but
for some reason I just never imagined they would carry TFs. But with my
luck, by the time I actually get to a Superstore, all they will have are
Ironhides and Jetfires.
I've recently been paying more attention to places like Zellers and London
Drugs... sometimes they have hidden gems in their toy aisles. Every Zellers
I have been to recently seem to be under heavy renovation. They must be
gearing up for a christmas showdown with the few Walmarts in the area.
Fortunately, Toys R Us is the only chain here keeping up to date with new
MOTU Snakemen assortments. Hopefully by the end of the year I will be able
to snag the coveted Snake Armor He-man from a peg. (I've already seen the
new Claw Attack Sean Connery... uhh, I mean Stratos at some TRU stores.)
Anyway, I digress... maybe too much MOTU info for this group. Should be

Oy! Superstore is great 'cause if they have toys they tend to be cheaper
than Zellers and Toys R Us and are usually comparable to Wal-Mart. Where do
you live anyway? BC... Alberta... or?
Where do you live again? I can't rememebr if it's Victoria or Vancouver or
what... I noticed that the toy variety differs quite a bit from Superstore
to Superstore. For example, when I lived in Vancouver, I noticed that the
toy selection at the Superstore on Marine (at least I think it was on Marine
:P) was CRAP compared to the toy section in my small town on Van. Island.

I didn't know that London Drugs carried decent toys. I haven't looked there
though for at least a decade. I usually only went there to head straight to
the computer department.

Good luck on finding the figure you want :)
The PVC figures were superstore exclusives. Although I don't think they have
carried newer waves.
Oh well, all is fair in the hunt

Ontario. The Superstore near me was just opened.
Brandon.
lmao are you serious? Are you that guy who lives way up north on the Island?
t.k.
no, I'm not that guy, but I know who your talking about.
I'm in Victoria myself. I don't normally condone shelf stashing, but come
on, its Mirage AND Shockblast, cant you see the dilemma :)
And you know as well as I superstore never restocks the good stuff and TRU
seems to be in some sort of weird stasis lock down, haven't seen anything
new there since omega supreme like 6 weeks ago.

lol yeah. Superstore is horrible at restocking because you have NO IDEA what
they'll get in stock, and the stock really does differ where you go. For
instance in my town, we have no Alternators. I saw them here for a couple
weeks then they were gone. The only ones we had were Smokescreen. A few
weeks ago I went to the Superstore in a neighbouring town and they had a
whole bunch of Smokescreens AND a Side Swipe. I grabbed Side Swipe right
away for my brother 'cause he wanted it, but there was nothing left for me.
:( Oh well.
Yeah, and I went to a Superestore last month which was located on the
outskirts of Victoria (can't remember the exact name of the location) and I
was shocked to see that they still had an Armada Megatron in stock. lol
And personally, I don't blame people for shelf-stashing. I've had my bother
do it for me on occasion. lol it'd be much easier if there were more places
like Wal-Mart who did layaway. And just so you know, I saw a Mirage in stock
still yesterday, didn't check to see if they had Shockblast. If you need me
to help you out, let me know. I'm planning on going to Victoria before the
end of September. If you need something I could probably help you out unless
the wait would be too long. lol
