Hi fans!
DiTillio
Though no longer connected with Beast Wars, I have fodn memoreies of all you
zanies here and am just dropping by to let you know what Bob Forward and I have
been doing since BW...
Bob did The Roswell Conspiracy for BKN after BW, then moved over to Netter
Digital to do Dan Dare (a CGI series based on the English comic book)... Along
the way he began doing "Kong:The Animated series". He called me to see if I
wanted to help story edit with him. having suffered a dearth of work, I took
the job, only to see Bob leave shortly after for greener pastures, leaving me
to do Kong with a new story editor. Together we cranked out 13 scripts in to
months, then collected the money and ran like hell. While I tried to do my
best on Kong there was a lot of interference and I doubt the show will be much
of success.
At present I am doing my own projects, in an attempt to sell a series. I am
hoping to have something going in this vein soon. These are all live action
series in the sf genre.
And that pretty well brings you up to date on me and Bob. Whatever you are up
to -enjoy it...

Sorry to hear the pessimism, but I'm sure we can rally some fans of
yours (you know the type: BW, B5, etc) to watch the show and help out :)

If they are as good as some of the B5 stuff, or even half as good as
your BW stuff, I'm sold already! (hehe oh look at the silly fan-boy

Thanks for stopping by, Larry! We're all grateful for all the hard work
you guys put into BW making it such a memorable show, and for not
destroying the TF Universe.
I also have to thank you personally for another reason. You see, I am a
devout Transfan and my girlfriend is a HUGE fan of Babylon 5. Now,
imagine her suprise when I pointed out 'story edited' for seasons 1 and
2 of Babylon 5. After that, she's been as strong a Transfan as I am.
She's been taping episodes of Beast Wars even. Thanks for helping out.

Interference with your work usually messes up the results, so don't feel too
bad about it.

As someone who ignored BW pretty much throughout the original run,
I can say I was lucky enough to catch it on Fox, and the 2nd season really
was impressive, IMHO.
You guys ought to start writing for RPG games. Squaresoft's dialogue sure
is lame...

I wasn't around nearly as much on the newsgroup back then,
but I do remember seeing posts from you back in 1997. To
my amazement, Bob Forward remembered seeing posts
from me (well, my nickname anyway :)), though it was still
too soon for me to know enough about Beast Wars to offer
much in the way of discussion. Maybe it's silly of me, but
I thought it was nice that he remembered. :)

I would gush on about how Beast Wars was the best thing that TransFormers
