Come to think about it--I use various Transformer-related phrases several
times a day! I wonder if this is true for all TransFans... (well, post the
reply to this question!) Here are some of the ones that I use more
frequently:

"Here's a hint!" - whenever I get annoyed by someone...
"Open, dammit, open!" - whenever trying to open something that's jammed
"Roll out!" - I know, I know, I am a Decepticon fan, but that phrase's
just stuck in my mind...
"As you command"
"Nobody summons me!" - OK, I have changed it a bit, who cares
"Five up--five down. It's like shooting cyber ducks in a barrel!" - whenever
playing first-person shooter gamers
"Not bad for an old-timer!"
"Suffer my rage, monster!"
"Believe it or not, this is the fun part"
"Are you out of your minds? You call yourselves Decepticons?!?"
"Remember, tin foil can't talk." - So what if I am the only person who likes
this phrase!
And finally...
"MU-HU-WAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!," which I have developed to perfection :)

Here's mine. I warn you, they are fairly obscure. :)

"Well, whaddya know?" (as Hardhead from "The Rebirth")

"Hello...?" (as Blurr from "The Face of the Nijika)

"Erm, what I want to know is--" (as Cyclonus from "Webworld")

"Can't break free!" (as Cyclonus from "The Dweller in the Depths)

You'd be surprised how many of these you can fit into normal coversation. :)

Zobovor... not that any of the conversations I have *are* normal, but...

I haven't done this in years, but I used to say,
"Surf's up! and I'm talkin' UP!" when things got a bit hairy...

And the ever-popular phrase that was sort of a call-and-answer by me and my
best friend..
\
"Hey, man, don't forget we're like, all one with the universe..." (me)
"We're gonna be one with the PAVEMENT! DUCK!" (my friend)

(laughs) Haven't thought about that in a long time...

And of course, there are still times when I'm driving on the road or someone
really tries my patience, and I find myself muttering to myself, "PREPARE FOR
TERMINATION!" or "THIS is ennnnd of the road, Galvatron!"

Hey, what can I say. Makes the day go by a little faster and I keep laughing at
my own private jokes...(which is good, since no one else really laughs at them
:} )

"Yes, my queen!" in response to orders, although
my mom has come up with "Yes, my king!" in
response, which I've tried to explain doesn't
work...
"As you command, royalty!" seems to work better.
"Bah weep grahnah weep nini bong," when
someone asks "What ya say?"
"By Primus!"
"Slag!"
Those are the most frequent, but I probably
use a lot of others that just aren't as useful as
often.
