Enfilade
is on his knees in surrender. And Starscream is in a holding tank,
getting chewed on by fish-creatures, since Megatron is annoyed at
having his thunder stolen by Starscream's execution of the High
Council.
Shockwave comes in....great line from Megatron... "Not now, I'm
playing with my piranacons."
Shockwave is annoyed that he cant' figure out how the cloning
apparatus works, and Megatron won't tell him where he got the tech.
Getaway is out playing chicken with the clone Seekers from the
Aerospace Extermination squadron...
...while Ultra Magnus, Wheeljack, and a large group of Autobots are
down a mine shaft, digging, under the supervision of Decepticons.
Cliffjumper falls down on the job and the Cons aren't too pleased.
Brawn tries to protect his friend and is punished for his
crime....meanwhile, Ultra Magnus looks on, and his expression shows
(very well) how guilty he feels about having to stand there and watch
this happen instead of doing something about it. (Excellently
done...)
It is revealed that Megatron is working with someone (Unicron? The
Quintessons?) who are not entirely convinced of how things are
going....they don't like how Megatron says the planet is under his
control, instead of "our" control.
Megatron's goal is to dig to the core of Cybertron.
Getaway's goal in playing chicken is to capture a clone alive so that
perceptor can analyze it. They've got the help of Nightbeat, Siren,
Hosehead, Joyride, and Slapdash.

I remain impressed by what Furman's doing in this series, and the page
with Ultra Magnus' guilt on it is remarkable.
