I have one that kinda fell apart on its own by looking inside I found no
servicable parts
Once opened it will not seal so I will have to glue it
My advice if it aint broke dont fix it.

Thanks dave, for the information. But it is broke. It just doesn't move but
only makes some noise.

Hello Thomas

Open the top cover.
then you will see a little electro motor and a driving
mechanism.
if the motor -axle turns around, but the driving mechanism
is´'t, then try to slide the gear on this motor-axle to the
end of the axle. Then it should drive the second (smaller)
crown gear in this drivermechanism. If this functions proper
your engine has lower RPM (800 instead of 4000) but has more
strength.

if all works, then close the top cover again.

Greetings from the Netherlands

Ok thomas went and got my parts motor and took it apart again

This is the bottem cover contact holes not included the + sign indicates
where the factory glued the cover the O's are where the wheels ride.
Do a little of this and a little of that with screwdrivers and other tools
thatt may be of use ........be careful not to stab yourself!!!!!!!.......and
it should come apart.
Now what I saw on the 2 wheel axles were teflon gears yours may be stripped
as the main axle has brass gears.
Other pars the contact points four springs and two counter weights.

Good luck.

Thanks for your detailed information but I unfortunately don't know how to
open any cover. My 12V-motor does not seem to have any top cover. I try to
make a digital photography of it. Maybe ít will be helpful for you or
someone else.

Greetings

Thomas

The 12V motors do not really open. I pried mine open when it was not
working well (carpet lint). But to get it to stay together I had to use a
few drops of superglue. Without the super glue the top would pop of and
the gears would make a hideous noise.
