The instructions included with set 8836 for adding a motor in place of
the piston engine looks clunky. This design puts the motor inside and
connects the nose wheel to the aileron steering linkage. The forward
section of the body had to be lengthened to accomodate the steering
gears. The seat can be mounted on top of the motor. The rest of the
model is the same as in the instructions. The only drawback is that the
propeller tends to fly off!
