Hi,
I have a couple of Perfect Body figures,
they seem to have pegs around the ankles that are probly meant for
you to remove and adjust the height of the figure.
How do you remove them ?
Can you stack one on top of another and make an even taller figure ?
They have holes in the earlobes for earings--What do you do with
them ? the original CyGirls had earings
Can you transfer Sideshow female, Barbie, Dragon females or
Charlies Angels heads onto the PB or CY Girl figs ?
Does anyone make custom resin (or otherwise) heads for CY
Girls/Perfect Bodies ?
Can you transfer Charlies Angels or Barbie heads onto "Get Real
Girls" ?
Are all of the feet/shoe/boots compatible between CY Girls and PB ?
Do the other BBI females (eg pilots) have the same body as CY Girls
? are the heads, hands, feet transferable ?

Thanks in advance
Jim

Like Auret said, check out MWD, but in the meantime (and as a
representative, I suppose) I'll answer what I can...

> How do you remove them ?
I haven't looked at a PB in a while, but I don't believe they come out. The
original Cy body was prone to problems with the ankle "cup" breaking, so on
other Cy body variations, (the 1.5 and 2.3 bodies) these do come out, so you
don't have to remove the ball from the socket, and reduce the liklihood of
breaking on.
It also allows the manufacturer to add some degree of height variation, but
as a collector, you're pretty much stuck, since there are no real
replacements available.
The PB actually had a better ankle cup design than actual Cys, so they were
much less likely to break.

> Can you stack one on top of another and make an even taller figure ?

No, but would you really want to? Most Cys are already very tall by
comparison to other figures.

Either transplant Cy earrings, make new ones from beads, or restyle the hair
so it covers the ears.

Yes and no... They can all be done, but the degree of work involved varies,
depending on the specific head. I have some tutorials somewhere, but I'll
save those for posting at MWD.

Yes

The bodies, while similar, are not the same. Fortunately, they all have the
same connections on the hands, feet and necks, so any parts will fit on any
body.
The pilots and licensed characters (Shi, Joanna Dark, etc) all have bodies
very similar to the PBs, since they were actually produced by BBI. Cy Girls
(produced by Takara, but sold domestically by BBI) use entirely different
bodies. The first 8 or so (umm... Sky, Kat, AJ, Shadow, Blaze, Jet, Aroura,
Destiny, Nikki, Revenger & Ebony, I think) use either the 1.0 or 1.5 body
style (which is virtually the same, except for the length of the ankle plugs
and an extra axis of rotation in the wrists). Ice, Asuka, Electra, Midiori
and the other newer ones use the 2.0 body instead, which offers much
improved articulation and range of motion.
