March 10 and 11, 2012, EnterTRAINment Junction is once again hosting
the Model Engineering Show. Admission to the Model show is FREE, the
Train Museum and other attractions are open as usual.

The Lebanon Mason & Monroe Railroad and GunShyCCTV will be there, with
railroad and 1/6 scale displays. We hope to do at least one LIVE
webcast, conditions at the show and a family member of mine health
issues pending. So much more than just 1/6 alone, you will see model
steam engines, boats, planes, train layouts, plenty of real working
model pieces and the clubs that make them.

Come see the whole show, and ask us about how you can also be a part
of the Veterans Appreciation Day event set for November 10, 2012.

For those of you that wish to contact Paul about the saddles he makes,
as shown in detail in the Sunday post facto video ( near the end for
those that want to cut to that chase ), you can e-mail him at ...

While not 1/6, this man's work was the best of any static model I have
ever seen, and these photos don't do him justice.

This man's attention to detail is only matched by his understanding of
materials, and how to bring the best out of them. That car was built
from scratch, starting with taking data from the real car, to the last
bit of wear on those tires. Those tires are CAST RESIN, NOT REAL
RUBBER!!!!

I told him he needs to be seen in our hobby, and be involved with many
of you custom parts makers.

Contact Randy Derr, and tell him you found out about his fantastic
work from GunShyCCTV.

Guess its a wrap for the 2012 Show, and I wish to say how great it was
to spend time at a show with some of my old friends, and letting them
share some of their work with you. Yes, I had items on display at the
show too, but I figured you have all seen it on the boards or through
the Gunny's Phunnies series, so why repeat things, when new work was
waiting to be shown instead.

Thanks for looking, Gunny out.
