go rebel against your self

i mean, sometimes/most all the time

you gotta find a way to 'rebel' against your own self

cuz time and tide has a dandy little pathway

that -seems- lovely to follow

and 'you' are all to eager to follow -that- way

and all of a sudden, you're in a ditch

by the side of the road

in your permanent potential energy well

and then you gotta scratch your way out of the graveyard

while some passing strangers are kicking

more dirt in over top of you


if you can get thru this world without a scratch on you

more power to you


and, you can


but oftentimes, what -seems- right at first...

is not, but,

most assuredly

...there BE a Way


YHWH <==that guy BE your friend


but no ORDER BE =imposed= upon you


the 'world' is already imprinting itself upon your mind


sucking you into the blender making a milkshake out of you

spitting you out the other end of a black hole like

so much ancillary detritus



listen for the whisper



your friend is calling



to Life

that is part of the point, though

your body and its needs and all the natural surroundings

tend to blare a loud noise


while the Spirit of God is somewhat quiet


but that's the True signal,

and while The Spirit cannot be buried and corrupted

the noise of the world tends to drown out one's reception

simply -because- the tendency is to give IT all of your attention


and you're walking across a tightrope of razor wire

with nuisance noise in your ears



-looking- for peace



and the Kingdom of God is right there in your midst



already AT peace




cuz GOD is -not- 'at war' With God



if such were the case, WE would not be here



as GOD would be frozen, in perpetual indecision



but here we are



chasing down the breeze



when all you gotta do is breathe it in




and if it is 'flowery speech'

i'd rather that than

choke vines and strangle weeds

from the roots of bitterness

thank you Jesus, =[ YHWH Savior ]




cuz if you are producing choke vines

from a root of bitterness that has sprung up

in your -own- little garden

-you- will be the one who gets strangled

even -if- you happen to trip up others

along the way


better you should recognize them -as- what they are

and weed your own little garden

albeit, such is not always recognizable

at first or second glance

and you end up needing somebody -else- with a machete

to come and free you up from your own self made trap.


better hope its a 'friend'

and not one who would lift

your pretty little head from its shoulders


etc. <=== means it's never really finished 'today'


tomorrow is already on its way

i really don't think -i'm-

tangled up in a root of bitterness.

here's the knife

[metaphorically] do your yourself in...


not to worry, CHRIST will keep the _corpse_ ALIVE


and -you- will enter into the heavenlies


with something far better than an oily rag

to wipe the fog from the /glass/ of your own eyes

behind which TRUE resides in LIGHT



there... a hand full of daisies
