I have a bet with a friend, who thinks i am crazy. But i am sure, that i have heard, and also read in a book about culture differences, that there is a country or a culture, where men touches each others penises when saying hello to each oter. Can anyone please confirm this??? I maybe think that it is in Africa. Thanks guys!
