Terri is quick to make truces and "peace treaties", but only when it is
convienent for her to do so, and will just as quickly break any and all
promoises once she figures that they no longer benefit her. A while back,
she made a promise to cease spamming and to cease terrorizing the internet
for a
period oif time, but 24 hours later, the old Terri was back and more vicious
than ever. She has claimed that she had an "internet army" at her disposal
and advised that her tactics were protected as per the 1st admentment and
that she will continue to threaten and harrass anybody she chooses, and in
any fashion she chooses. But, eventually, every dog has their day, and a
good one has 10!
