If satellite technology is send outside of Earth's atmosphere and it
makes cumulous readings by detecting triangulation signals or to
track
vetrices through matrix set combinations so turbulence readings can
occur, if satellite responds to alien vetrice movements then the
coordinates can correspond to the turbulence activity firing the
triangular frequency on the corresponding coordinate by automatic
response to the vetrice activity. This is a means by which Nuclear
Warheads can be eliminated after launch.
