Hi:

Does anyone know of any error messages relating to Creative Music Synth
[220] -- SB16 ISA's FM synth -- on a Windows 3.0 computer?

I know one message "FM hardware not responding". This relates to
Creative Music Synth [220] but I am not sure of which OS this message
occurs in. Anyone know of other errors relating to Creative Music Synth
that *do* occur on Windows 3.0? What symbols are associated with these
error messages?

Surely these symbols could not be the red circle with a white "X" [this
one is in OSes from Win95 to WinXP]. I remember Windows 3.1 used the
stop-sign symbol. AFAIK, Win 3.1 through WinXP use the yellow triangle
with a black "!". I doubt these symbols relate to any errors concerning
CMS220.

Once again, does anyone know of any error messages [other than "FM
hardware not responding"] relating to Creative Music Synth [220] --
SB16 ISA's FM synth -- on a Windows 3.0 computer? Do any of these
message also display any error symbols? If so, what do these symbols
look like? Is there a webpage where I can see it on?

Thanks,

Radium

P.S. I am not sure whether "FM hardware not responding" message occurs
on Win 3.0. I think it does show up on Win 3.1. In addition, "FM
hardware not responding" does not contain any symbols associated with
it. Some error messages contain the symbols I described, while other
are simply text-only.
