Me: We need to powercycle your printer. There is a rocker switch on
the side. Do you see it?
Luser: yes.
Me: Go ahead and flip that rocker to the OFF position.
Luser: [nothing]
Me: [printer is still answering ping] Did you turn it off?
Luser: Are you going to do it, or am I?
Me: [boggle] I can't get to that rocker switch from here.
Luser: Oh. [click]
Me: Good. Flip the rocker back on.
Luser: [nothing]
Me: [printer is not answering ping] Did you turn it back on?
