I didn't get this call, one of my coworkers did, but when I was working at
a retail computer store, we sold one customer an HP laser printer. As you
would expect, the printer comes with a couple of driver diskettes. So our
tech department gets a phone call from this guy:

"Hello I just bought a new HP (model name) laser printer and it came with
two black chips and I don't know what to do with them."
