Orrible support is orrible

Three months* I've been dealing with getting a Fha Hygen Sbegl fixed.
I'm convinced that everybody there from Ellison on down is a useless
meatbag, with the sole exception of their field tech from Kansas City.
Script monkeys that can't be bothered to think, or make notes, read
same, or follow up even after I've bitched to their boss more than
once.

Well, I knew that /anyway/ from inference with how they've not
supported and barely maintained Orrible Calendar, but I find myself
wondering if this is really an Orrible thing or if Fha's support was so
awful before the acquisition, and I'm dealing with an incipient
singularity of anti-Clue.

* Nobody's using the thing, thankfully; powers above my pay grade
decided to get a couple of these things to run Winders and be
desktop peecees, and we have spare ordinary machines.
