Reconciling Judeo-Christian scriptures with astrology
has long-since been a point of contention between the
orthodox vs. astrologers, alchemists and clairvoyants,
clairaudients, psychics, seers, witches and magicians
from all walks of life & from every part of the globe.

While there is some cursory merit to this dispute, it
is servile insanity to condemn ad hoc every psychic &
occult practitioner in the world just because several
verses in the Bible speak against sorcery, necromancy,
enchantments, thaumaturgy, or any thousands of others
whose ability in the art of divination is apperceived,
and so it is well-said, that it takes one to know one.

For example the famous doctor and prophet Nostradamus
thought enough of this to express his reconciliations
with astrology's most impetuous critics: not of their
ignorance, nor their abject incompetence, but knowing
what is acceptable and presentable before the Gods of
heaven which Nostradamus did, yet his critics did not.

And to this day, critics of judicial astrology aren't
able to concede their ignorance of the subject matter;
knowing nothing of astrology they criticize it anyway,
often quoting ye ole "authorised" version of the good
book, where phrases penned in ancient Hebrew, Aramaic,
Greek or Latin, are translated a bit roughly at times.

Personally I prefer the Vulgate of Jerome's erudition.
Eusebius Hieronymus Sophronius was a great translator
whose command of Hebrew, Greek & Latin enabled him to
translate even the most difficult passages accurately,
and more in the spirit of their autograph manuscripts.
So what do his critics say? They rave like rabid dogs,
speaking evil of every saint & prophet in our history.
Here's a couple of excerpts from the preface to Cesar:

"Considering also the sentence of the true Savior
Not you thing sacred to give to dogs nor throw
pearls before pigs that not they trample them
underfoot and they having turned to disrupt you.
That to have been the cause to make retire my
language from the populace, & the pen from the
paper, then me to swine wanted to extend declaring
for the common adventing by obstructed & perplexed
sentences the causes future, even the most urgent"

"Because the understanding created intellectually
not can see occultly, except by the voice made to
the limb by means of the exiguous flame, in which
part the causes future they will come to be
inclined. And also my son, I you supplicated which
ever you not would want to employ your
understanding to such dreams & vanities which dries
the bodies & put to perdition the soul, giving
trouble to the feeble senses: even the vanity of
the more than execrable magic reproved formerly by
the sacred scriptures, & by the divine cannons of
the chief of which is excepted the judgment of the
Astrology judicial: by which, & by means of
inspiration & revelation divine by continual
deductions, we have our prophecies redacted by
script. And how much that this occult Philosophy
not could be reproved, not've one which wanted to
present their effronted persuasions, how much that
numerous volumes which have been hidden by long
centuries to me have been manifested. But doubting
that which would advent, in have made after the
lecture present to Vulcan, which nevertheless that
it the had come to devour, the flame licking the
air rendering one clarity strange, more clear than
natural flame, like light of fire of baptism
fulgurating, illuminating subtly the house: like if
she was to be in sudden conflagration. By which to
the end that in the future not would be abused,
scrutinizing the perfect transformation as much
selene as solar-only, & underground metals
incorruptible, & to the waves, occult, the have in
cinders converted. But as for the judgement which
will come to achieve, by means of the judgement
caelestial, that you seek I to manifest: by which
to have cognizance of the things future, rejecting
far the fantastic imaginations which will advent"
--interlinear translation by Daniel Joseph Min

Thus, Nostradamus slightly veiled his prophecies from
the rabid beasts, leaving only those more well-versed
in the Bible and its ancient languages, and mythology,
to appreciate their clever allusions and implications.

Among the most chronic misunderstandings of the Bible
is how generations are counted. Consider "generations
of", "begat", "who was the son of", etc., as recorded
and translated in the old testament. Nearly eight out
of every ten such references are in the "perfect mood"
of completeness, while two out of ten are rendered in
the "imperfect mood". The perfect mood indicates time
and generations to the complete issue of something or
someone as with the reign of kings of same or similar
heritage or dynasty, as each successive king inherits
the name or title of his predecessor. In these common
instances, the reigning king is apt to refer to their
great great great-to-the-nth grandfather as my father.
The perfect mood is like it sounds, eternal awareness,
the "eagle eyes" of Deus, Zeus, Jupiter...the Emperor.

For example the Babylonian historian Berosus compiled
his antediluvian history using primitive inscriptions
at the archives in the temple of Marduk, hence naming
ten kings who reigned at least ten thousand years--on
up to sixty thousand years. The Weld Prism and Nippur
Tablets likewise assigned many 1000s of years to each
named dynasty of these kings. Whether or not a simply
literal interpretation of a "year" can be made is not
certain, but we can reasonably deduce that each reign
was longer than just one king's lifetime. Could these
kings have outlived Methuselah? Maybe, but it is more
likely that whole dynasties were named as if one king.

Edgar Cayce dated the worldwide flood circa 28,000 BC,
so if the "year" is to be literally construed as year,
then the Babylonian chronology extends far before the
global flood of Noah's day. Look at the name Shem (Mv;
Shem, "shame") which in Hebrew literally means "name",
noting that Shem eldest son of Noah was progenitor of
of the Semitic tribes. As families (hxpvm; mishpachah
"mish-paw-khaw") can mean family, tribe, clan, people,
etc. So you see, literal solar-year genealogies based
on "so&so begat such&such" and "so&so lived this long"
is pathetic foolishness. I quote Nostradamus' epistle:

"Will please to your more than imperial Majesty me
to pardon protesting in front of God & his saints,
that I not pretend to put anything whatsoever by
script in the present epistle, which would be
against the true faith Catholic, conferring the
calculations Astronomic, next to my knowledge
because the space of time from our first, which us
have preceded are such, myself remitting under the
correction of the more sane judgment, that the
first men Adam were in front of Noah around
thousand two hundred forty two years not computing
the time by the deduction of the Gentiles, has as
laid in script Varro: but as much only according
the sacred Scriptures, & according the feebleness
of my spirit, in my calculations Astronomic. After
Noah, from him & from the universal deluge, came
Abraham around a thousand more rather eighty years,
which one has been sovereign Astrologue according
to some, he became established the first to the
letters Chaldiac: after came Moses around five
hundred fifteen or sixteen years"
--interlinear translation by Daniel Joseph Min

We know that Shem is the eldest son of Noah since the
Torah explicitly renders begat with "dly" (yalad "yaw-
lad"}] meaning to bear, or bring forth, progenitor of,
to be ancestor in direct line with the imperfect mood.
And Gen 6:10 "Noah begat three sons, Shem", that "dly"
is imperfect mood, with repeated references to Noah's
sons, his sons' wives etc. thus we cannot mistake his
sons for his grandsons or some other more distant but
direct descendants of Noah. This is the exception not
the rule, as previously noted, since eight out of ten
are in the perfect mood, and male/female genealogical
distinctions are more often neuter than are otherwise.

See Gen 10:31 "these are the sons of Shem after their
families, after their tongues & in their lands, after
their nations". The word for "sons" (Nb; ben, "bane")
can mean son, grandson, child or plural sons, & grand-
sons, or great great great great-to-the-nth-grandsons;
it also means children, grandchildren or great-to-the-
nth grandchildren; Nb means male & female descendants
of a named person, family, tribe or nation; primitive
root 'hnb' (banah, "baw-naw") means to build or build
up, to found, to establish. It is only when imperfect
mood is used that denotes temporal events, suggestive
of completion, but not yet fully realized or manifest.
Imperfect is like it sounds, as mortal man views life.

Look at Gen 10:8 "Cush begat Nimrod" where "begat" is
in the perfect mood as are "the sons of Cush", as are
the majority of genealogical references in the TaNaKh.
Hence, we know from such biblical references that the
generations between Cush and Nimrod, and Nimrod's off-
spring may well denote a vastly longer family lineage.

Ancient astronomers & astrologers were commonplace in
the most sophisticated cultures around the world. The
magoi who predicted the "star" of Bethlehem which was
two very close conjunctions of Venus & Jupiter 10 1/2
months apart, specifically on 12 Aug 3 BC and 17 June
2 BC, first when Jesus was born and the magi saw this
astrologically-significant event from Babylon/Parthia,
and second, when the magi had travelled more than 600
miles from the east to visit infant Jesus in the city
of David; they were adept mathematicians, astronomers
& astrologers of the first order and were descendants
of Abraham--who as everybody knows, was an astrologer
par excellence! Even the "SPR YTzYRH" which is purely
astronomical & astrological is based on Abraham's own
knowledge in the subject, as is plainly extraordinary.

As Nostradamus openly states, only judicial astrology
is excepted against the vanities of sorcery "formerly
reproved by the sacred scriptures". Unfortunately, so
few are the number of modern-day practitioners of the
ancient craft, almost no one understands how it works
which is deduction based on conscientious observation
and precision calculation. It is apparent yet obscure.
Obvious but occult. Beneficial yet beyond their grasp.
