Japanese love-poem with wordplay: "hutatu moji ..."

Hauke's question (in German, attached below) made me remember
my favorite Japanese love-poem with wordplay. i think i
found it embedded in a rakugo story over 10 years ago.
hutatu moji
usi no kubimoji
suguna moji
magari moji tozo
kimi ha oboyuru
note that it's in 5-7-5-7-7 format.
1. does anyone know who wrote this poem?
2. if you know of other Japanese love-poems with wordplay,
please let me know.

1. a riddle (nazo nazo, nazo kake?)
koiyami (koiwazurai) to kakete 2-hiki no sakana to toku.
so no kokoro ha?

(rough translation:
"The sad thing about a tryst is when I go home
at misty dawn, shivering in the wind.")
