POLL: GRAZIOSO IS ALMOST ELECTED (61%)!
ONLY A MIRACLE WILL SAVE US!

In a recent poll, by DP-Data, Grazioso had 61% of intention of
votes.
"Esto no es grazioso", as Cardoso said in Spanish. Cardoso, from PSN,
got 38%. The independent candidate Maxime Charbonneau, from PAS,
got 1%. "It means the PTN/PSDN/PSP/PCPC coallition will win again!",
said Minister L'Ambert. The Prime Minister was speechless about the
poll result. Some PTN members suggested to Felipe Cardoso to resign,
but he confirmed the party's expectations: "we won't desist, we'll
stand
firm until the last minute, the last vote".
Grazioso didn't appear to comment the result (read story)
You, citizen, must understand that this coallition is not what
we
want for our country. Vote for Felipe Cardoso, from
Social-Nationalist!

O'DRISCOLL WON'T JOIN ANYMORE

Fabrice O'Driscoll, the one-to-be-citizen so expected in Porto
Claro,
who made us full of hope to have more French-speaking citizens,
answered
the acting Chancellor, Daniel Aguiar, saying that "it's impossible to
him to
resign from Huttian citizenship".
O'Driscoll was contacted by our government and was invited to
join
our Kingdom last week, but then we knew he was a Huttian citizen, and
Consul to the France. We tried to convince him, but unsuccessfully.
O'Driscoll created a new page, like TMP, by Talossa's Ben
Madison,
but in French, with many "unknown" (to us) new nations, mostly French-
speaking.
The "King Jon I" of "Zyraxx" have not answered us yet.

GRAZIOSO SICK? OR IS HE TRAVELLING?

A strange information that PTN candidate to mayor, next
sunday,
was sick, came to our office. We can't say it's certain, but in fact
he
doesn't appear since some time ago. Some PTN members say he's
travelling, but it's a very strange thing to do when election is only
six
days ahead...

GUISANBOURG OFFICIALLY RENAMED
The city of Nouvelle Toulouse, capital of Campos Bastos, was
officially renamed yesterday, after a bill by the Senado, approving
the resolution: what French recognized by Guisanbourg is now
Nova Toulouse/Nouvelle Toulouse. Protests in neighbor cities and
also in Nouvelle Rouen made the King say:
"We must keep united. French-speaking and Portuguese-
speaking are just one within Porto Claro. We must fight for the
secession *OF* Porto Claro, not *IN* Porto Claro!"
The King also compared Nouvelle Rouen to the Canadian
province of Quebec, which tried to separate from the Federation
some years ago.

HISTORY: PEDRO II'S BIRTHDAY, 96 YEARS OF AMAPA QUESTION

To those with short memory, today and yesterday were (and are)
very important dates. We should remember it.
On December 2nd, 1825, the Great Emperor of Brazil, Pedro II,
was born. He was acclaimed as Emperor at age 5 (1831) and was
crowned at age 14 (7/23/1840). His reign was very important to the
village of Porto Claro, during the 19th century.
Also, on December 1st of 1900, the Swiss President gave to
Brazil the victory over the Amapa Question, with France. It was the
major point to Portoclarians declare their idependence, a week later.

So we'll always try to warn you when we could not send an
